15 year old girl weight-loss (no pills)?

I am a 15 year old girl and i would like to loose weight. I am NOT fat, i would just like to be skinnier. I am 5′ 3” and 130 lbs, which sounds kinda fatty but im guessing some of that is muscle because i don’t look fat fat. I’m a high school cheerleader and I have practices every other day. If you’ve cheered, you know the kind of conditioning and hard work that goes on at practice. I eat normally, but kind of pig out after night practices. I can’t take any pills…my mom won’t allow it. I just would like tips for a healthy life style or general weight loss ideas. Thanks:D

If you aren’t fat there is no point. Do it oldschool, diet, and lift.

Try replacing Boiled sweets with frozen grapes, Carrot sticks instead of chips and take up jogging these should help you lose any wait you want to and they’re healthy for you.Hope this helps.

Well, your going to have to change your diet. No more pigging out at night. Go shopping pick up dark green vegetables, whole grain rice, fresh fruit, low fat and sugar snacks like trail mix, and trail mix granola bars and so on. Then do cardio try this if your on the treadmill go hard for one minute then go light for the next minute, then go hard for a minute then go light again. Repeat this process for 10 minutes 20 if you can. And last but not least DO YOUR RESEARCH and consult your doctor.

I reccomend not piggin out after night practices because your body has less time to burn those calories, so you go to sleep with all this extra energy and then it just becomes fat. Just exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Do mostly Cardio since you already condition and have muscle. Also drink tons of water. If you drink 8 glasses a day you will flush out a lot of weight.
