A few questions about weight & fat loss?

I’ve been going on a diet and i have exercised for nearly 2 weeks now. I havent seen the results yet. I didn’t lose fats or lose weight…instead, i actually gained weight! I dont understand…. I have refrained myself from drinking ANY sugary drink…and i only drink water. I have also refrained from eating snacks. Except that i drank a cup of lemon tea today (because i ran 2.4km and was really thirsty) and i ate a few biscuits the other day (couldn’t resist no more) and they both tasted sweet. Now the question is…..that cup of lemon tea and that few biscuits…were they the cause of me not being able to see my results?

I am determined to do whatever it takes to lose my ugly stomach fats and become thin. Any tips you guys can give me?

Thank you in advance, and any help will be greatly appreciated.

Tea, like coffee, has zero calorie, unless you add real sugar.

You need some water to cover 2.4km (about a mile and a half) and stay hydrated, but not tea, which is a diuretic and will dehydrate you.

If you’re a guy, you can easily gain muscle weight when exercising in only a couple of weeks (women will need a couple of months doing the same effort, gaining 2 pathetic little pounds of muscle mass, bummer!).

Gain as much muscle mass as you can. Guys can add 15lbs easy. Then your metabolism gets higher (about 50 calories per pounds of added muscle mass) so you lose fat reserves.

You know what they say: Muscle weighs more than fat.
Basically, you may end up looking more toned and weigh more.
