Advice in lowering weight and getting rid of fat?

Im 16 years old, weigh 185lbs, and am 5′ 6.5…I used to exercise last summer when i was 160 lbs, and i watched what i ate and stuff but i didnt lose a single pound and i gave up on exercising. Thru the school year i remained 160lbs until end of march. Some how from end of march to the end of april, i had gained 20 lbs and another 5 lbs by the time school ended. I never changed my diet at all so i didnt understand how this happened so suddenly. I recently started running on the treadmill at home again cuz thats all i have access to. I run for about 50 min-1hr a day and burn 400 calories and then i play bball for 30 minutes at night. Also my mom has been preparing specially controlled meals for me now, and my doctor thinks i could get diabetes (even tho i rarely eat sweets).

Can any1 please give me tips on what exercises burn the most calories..Most of the fat is on my thighs, obliques and chest (i feel like i have small boobs)….Also, i have been thinking about weight loss pills…what do they do exaclty and do any actually work and do i need a prescription for them?

Dont try to go on a super strict diet right away. And instead try smaller portions, less sugary drinks more water, try those little crystal lights for your water bottle. Also fruits and vegetables are great snacks. Especially veghies not many calories and they fill you up. Try the veggie bags by green giant and stuff like that they usually bring a sauce to mix with and you can add a bit if chicken and trust me you will be full for wayyyy less calories. Also you dint have to give up treats. Allow yourself two days a week when you can have sweets and stuff but remember small portions.!!!

You can always eat negative calorie foods to lose weight.

Below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.

These foods don’t actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.

For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.

    Negative Calorie Fruits:
    apples
    cranberries
    grapefruit
    lemons
    mangoes
    oranges
    pineapple
    raspberries
    strawberries
    tangerines

    Negative Calorie Vegetables:
    asparagus
    beets
    broccoli
    cabbage (green)
    carrots
    cauliflower
    celery
    Chile peppers (hot)
    cucumber
    dandelions
    endives
    garden cress
    garlic
    green beans
    lettuce
    onions
    papaya
    radishes
    spinach
    turnips

Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, brisk walking and power walking all help with weight loss as well but dieting helps more.
