Am I fat? How can I lose weight?

So I’m a 13 year old girl I’m 5’5 and weigh 126lbs. I feel really fat and I just wanted to know am I considered over weight? How can I lose weight? Before summer starts I want to lose about 10 pounds, do I need to lose weight? Any tips on how to lose weight fast? And is running or biking better for you? I like biking better but I’m about to buy a treadmill so I could do that to, how long should I exercise for and how many days a week? Any other tips for fast weight loss would be good to, and j don’t eat junk food or soda, I know its bad for you and I eat healthy foods, I just don’t play sports… What are good fast calorie burning exercises?

    Biking. It burns more calories faster. & your not over weight the max you want to loose is 5-8 lbs.

    Run for 5 hours every day and play sport for example: handball, basketball….
    And try not to eat that much.

    girl you sound like me!. you are perfect! your weight should be between 120-140 to be considered healthy! if you lose weight at your age…you could cause serious damage! trust me! when i was your age i went from 125 to 115 and i was exactly the same height..and i was almost hospitalized.
    darling. you are beautiful how you are… just exercise 3 times a week..be it sport, playing, walking, running. OH join your schools track team! It would be worth getting involved in. Also crunches and lunges. and eat healthy foods.

    you are not overweight. It’s good that you don’t eat junk food. Eat fruits and vegetables a lot. They’ll fill you up and you’ll lose weight. Getting in shape is always a good idea. If you think you could get into running that would be great. Runners are always in great cardiovascular shape. If you could get into it as a hobby and really enjoy it, maybe try for track or something, and keep eating healthy, you will never have to worry about being ‘fat’. Joining team sports at school is a great idea. That way you will always be sure to make time for exercise! good luck
