Am i losing weight right?

On an average day i eat:
1 apple
1 banana
Lettuce
Handful of licorice.
All this would equal to less then 1000 calories, I exercise nearly every day, would i be losing muscle or fat? Also please give some extra weight loss tips. Thank you

    Hi, no, I’m afraid this would definitely result in muscle loss. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day to be losing fat. You should also try to have a balance of all the food groups.
    At the moment you are getting no protein or calcium which will do serious long-term damage to your body.

    I would suggest having 3 balanced meals and a couple of snacks per day, with a variety of fruit, vegetables, grains, beans, nuts etc.
