benching and lossing fat?

im 15 6’4 and 200 pounds and have kinda a muffin top and man boobs = { but i look pretty skinny with a shirt on im not like fat looking just my man boobs so i was wondering if i work out 4 days a week and 2 days would be working my chest only and do football conditioning 4 days a week and drink protein.how long till i start to loss them and see results. and dose any one have any exersises tips? thanks

    In most cases to burn the most fat you have to work your biggest muscles. Those being your legs and back. So include those in your routine. Also fat burns off all your body and there is no way to target specific areas. Throw in everything you can including cardio, if not you will eventually become bored.

    you need intense working out. of high reps and low reps.. and cardio exercise

    you also need to clean up the diet.. cut out the white flour, and bad carbs…
