Help with my diet and weight loss?

-Well, I’m 14 and about 5’9 and 135 pounds. Im currently like a size 8 in jeans and i want to be a 5. I have probably a medium bone structure. I have reached probably 160 pounds in the summer, and have slimmed down.

-I’m really NOT happy with my weight right now, but have successfully went from 160 pounds to 135. So I’m happy with that kind weight loss.

-My goal is probably 125, depending on how i look at that weight.

-I’ve been eating a couple egg whites for breakfast, some yogurt and no more than a 200 calorie snack during the day, and a 150 calorie dinner. It has really worked with getting the weight off, because I have always told my self I would diet, and finally am.

-I know the calories are low, but i need to loose it now! I feel like my weight loss has slowed down, because my weight is the exact same as last week.

-I TRY to take 2 jogs a week, do 45 minutes of yoga 2 times a week, and 2 bike rides a week. I am hoping to start going to gym once during weekends, because I have school and stuff, but I need some tips. I want to for sure loose weight off my thighs, butt, and hips, (so I can wear a smaller jean size) …

-I also need help in the stomach area. I have a small waist and a strong stomach, but i do have what I call an “innertube. The area of fat around my belly button and love handles, making it look like an innertube around my waist. This makes me look pretty bad in even basic t shirts… so how should I take care of this? fast?

-So what are the best exercises to do and machines to use?

-I just need general help on how to reach my goal, stay motivated, maybe have a healthier eating plan (im a vegetarian) but not gain weight, (which i probably would now if i increased my calorie intake)

-Please give me tips on workouts for my problem areas, any tips.

Help/tips on becoming vegetarian?!?

For quite some time now I’ve wanted to become vegetarian, and I’ve finally decided now is the time to make the switch. However, when I told my family, they just laughed and me and said that I could never keep it up and it is not at all compatible with our family lifestyle. I have lots of good reasons to do so (i.e. health benefits, humanitarian reasons, etc.), but they are not taking me seriously which makes me doubt myself.

I don’t think it will be that hard for me to give up meat, as I don’t eat pork or fish anyway, and only eat red meat occasionally. I’m not doing it particularly for weight loss, although that would be an added bonus (I’m 16 years old, 5’3″ and about 107lbs.)

Anyways just wondering what are some tips/tricks to being vegetarian? How can I get my family to support me, and therefore help me buy the right foods and stuff? My mom thinks that vegetarians aren’t healthier, and in fact end up consuming way too much fat and carbs. How can I eat so this is not the case?

Any other tips/suggestions welcome!!

Advice in lowering weight and getting rid of fat?

Im 16 years old, weigh 185lbs, and am 5′ 6.5…I used to exercise last summer when i was 160 lbs, and i watched what i ate and stuff but i didnt lose a single pound and i gave up on exercising. Thru the school year i remained 160lbs until end of march. Some how from end of march to the end of april, i had gained 20 lbs and another 5 lbs by the time school ended. I never changed my diet at all so i didnt understand how this happened so suddenly. I recently started running on the treadmill at home again cuz thats all i have access to. I run for about 50 min-1hr a day and burn 400 calories and then i play bball for 30 minutes at night. Also my mom has been preparing specially controlled meals for me now, and my doctor thinks i could get diabetes (even tho i rarely eat sweets).

Can any1 please give me tips on what exercises burn the most calories..Most of the fat is on my thighs, obliques and chest (i feel like i have small boobs)….Also, i have been thinking about weight loss pills…what do they do exaclty and do any actually work and do i need a prescription for them?

Lossing weight and tips?

I’m not as fat to be called a fat ass. I’m 14 years old and go to the 8th grade. I just have some, not a lot though. In the summer I want to loss weight. I’m planning on eating not much, like salad and staying off the fat foods. Like just eat breakfast and dinner. No fat food. A lot of water and 30 minutes in the gym atleast (20 minutes to run/walk and 10 minutes in the elyptical. Give me tips and thank you very much. Wish me good luck :]

i had a baby 4 months ago and i am working out and trying to diet and lose the baby weight, any tips? and should i pay more attention to my calorie intake or my fat intake?

Confused about weight loss ? Help please :)?

I am 17 year old female high school student. I am 5’2-5’3 and I weigh 145 pounds. I have been dieting and working out for about a month. My weight hasn’t gone down as much as I hope but see a big change in my physical appearance. I am more tone in my arms and legs I’ve lost weight in my face as well. However, I am still not satisfied with my thighs.I feel like even though I have gained muscle i havent lost enough fat in my upper/inner thighs. I run on my treadmill 4-5 days a week. I usually spend an hour and 15 min on the treadmill.( I do 45 minutes speed interval program and 30 minutes fat burned program) on weekends I workout for about 2-3 hours. Am I doing too much or too little? I’d really like to lose 10-15 pounds by the end of June? Do you have any helpful tips or suggestions that can help me along to reach my weight loss goal? Sheesh Im Fat …Help People!!! What Can I Do?

Hey guys I would really appreciate it if someone would give me some good advice towards losing weight, I’m 18 years old and I’m 5’5 I weigh about 180 pounds I don’t just wanna lose weight I want to be healthier and start eating healthier too.. I would really like to lose 10 to 15 pounds by april or may and I just need some tips towards what I should do, I bought trim maxx(weight loss/cleansing tea) and I didn’t start taking it yet because I don’t really know too much about it, I have a treadmill in my basement and I’ve came up with the idea to walk at least 45-60 minutes on it everyday, I don’t know if crunches really work so I don’t know if I should do those before bedtime or not, can someone just please give me some ideas about what I should do, I really want to lose my stomach fat, I was thinking about cutting meat out of my diet and just eating vegetables and a lot of whole grain products.. Any ideas people?

Supplement Question about weight loss?

I am Current 5’11 155 I have been taking Acaiberry detox and colon cleanser, to trim down on my stomach fat. I still have 24 pills of each and im wondering if i should finish those two sets of pills before i start taking supplements like black powder. I had been running frequently but i noticed that i wasn’t gaining any weight on the pills because obviously they are weight loss pills, i notice that i loose a little bit of my stomach fat but im not sure if what i am doing is correct. If you have any tips or suggestions let me know. What im thinking is should i just tone down not gain any weight keep running and finish off the detox pills so i can practically elimate all my stomach fat and then start taking black powder. Im confused help haha

I need some tips or ideas for loosing weight!?

I am 23 almsot 24 years old, and I am unhappy with my body. I know I am not fat and I do not obsess over the number on the scale. I want to tone my body, but first and mostly loose some of my lovehandles and my mini stomach pudge/pouch ish.

Basically, i know there is no over night weight loss cure lol, but I am hoping to gain some good tips and even exsercises to follow. I have been eatting much better, recording everything i eat on CalorieCount.com so I know what I eat. I have been doing cardio alot as well (varying it from riding bike in gym and running or running and elliptical) I don’t over do it, I usually do both for 15/20 min each depedning on how I am feeling that day along with crunches and some little floor exercises.

I would love if someone knew a website for a diet plan, I love following a written diet/food list, because it helps me decide what to eat. I am so bad at making decisions lols.

basically I just need help with some things to do. I know to eat well and exersise and sleep well… but I am still stuck and would love to trim down even before my vacation in August, which I have been working on for the past 2 1/2 months but there are no results.. well I lost 3 lbs.

Raw food diet question?? For weight loss?

So I just started raw today, I plan on going until july and will see how I feel from there. I want to lose 50 pounds, (im 170 right now) and vanish my acne and stretch marks. I also just want to feel healthy and achieve optimum health.

So I was wondering for weight loss, how should I eat? Lots of greens?
Should I do the low fat vegan raw food? (and how should I eat on that?)

Any tips on sticking to raw foods when you live with a family that all eat cooked? Thanks!

Like when I was 3lbs lighter (107) I didnt feel perfectly thin, but atleast I was pretty content with my body. Now Im at 110 and I feel sooo fat, seriously. I consumed 10800 calories I didnt burn, gross! Its weird though because no one else acts like I gained any weight, but I feel like a elephant! Im hope overweight (5’3″), but I totally feel it. I even incresed my weight loss goal from 5lbs to 15lbs. So, anyone got some tips so I dont feel so bad about being 110?

do i need to loose weight? seriously?

I’m 17 years old and I’m 5′ 2. I weigh about 103 pounds and I ALWAYS feel fat, every single day. I wish i was skinnier. I’ve tried to loose weight, but it’s not working fast enough. The lowest I’ve been is 97 pounds and I want to get back to that. any good weight loss tips?

Need help with weight loss….?

I just had a baby 3 months ago and am desperately trying to lose the baby fat. Like most woman, i have a hard time shedding the pounds. I am in search for a clinical weight loss pill that with diet and exercise, will help me burn fat. There are so many out there and i am confused with which one to try. Does anyone have any tips or experience with any that have shown real results and is also affordable??? Because i have a 3 month old i don’t have much time to go to the gym so i was also wanting to get some exercise dvds so if there are any suggestions on any good ones, that would be appreciated. I am a personal trainer: when my overweight clients ask me if they are fat, what should i say?

I’ve in my early twenties, and i have been a personal trainer/dietitian for 4 years. Basically, my job is to help people lose weight. I know basically everything about work outs and food – i actually am currently working behind the set of “The biggest loser” and helping design the workouts and challenges to make sure the contestants lose as much weight as possible.

My only problem, is that a lot of my clients are insecure 17 or 18 year olds who always take out their problems on me and ask me if they are fat, or if they are ugly. How can i be professional, honest, blunt, and kind? Any tips?

u kno when u just WANT TO EAT, and then u eat (alot) and feel so horrible & fat aftrwards?

So for example, today:
I had eaten 80% of my reccomended daily calories for the day by say 2:30….(most of these were from unhealthy roasted sugary nuts)
i already felt like a fatty
then of course i was forced to eat dinner and was pushed over my caloric limit for the day
but then i got hungry so i ate about 3/4 of a carton of plain vegan cream cheese
—now i am WAY over my caloric limit for the day—
now i feel SO gross and fat and like i want to go on some crazy rapid weight loss diet to make me feel better about my self
i also always say that “tomorrow, i will cut calories and do better” but i never do
i havnt gained weight yet, but i have a feeling it will sneak up on me

BASICALLY, what i really need is TIPS ON FEELING BETTER ABOUT MYSELF! please please please help me

ok so im tryna lose 10 pounds asap.
so if i eat these foods every day, will i lose some weight?

breakfast – oatmeal.
lunch- soup.
dinner- soup.

everyday i walk for about half an hour, normal pace. i cant run or jog or powerwalk due to my knee.

i also have weights in the shed, but im not sure how to use them. any tips on how to use them to gain muscle and lose fat in the arms would be great thanks.

i want to loose stomach fat?

im 5’5 and i weigh 130 pounds. im at a healthy weight and i am a skinny girl. but i have huge love handels and they make my body look unproportional. the only place i need to loose fat is in my stomach and around my lower back. i know targeted weight loss is hard and that the only way to loose fat is to do cardio so you will burn fat all over. ive been keeping a healthy diet and going to the gym 4 times a week (mon-thurs). how long do you think its going to take for my love handels to go away? any tips on foods i should eat or exercises i should do? i usually go on the eliptical machine for 40 minutes a day( about 3 miles and it burns over 300 calories)

well i am not huge but i am curvy i just want to be honest and well on my holiday at my moms house, i was planning to loose alot of weight cause i am stuck at home all day. but i have gained weight. i have been eating badly and sometimes when i am not hungry. i am out of school and now my best friend came back from greece and i saw pictures of her skinny body, and i am freaking out to face her now. she want hate me but i feel ashamed. she told me how there is going to be a year 11 dance and now well i am invited and have to go and face people i once knew i thought it would be later on in the year but it is a month or less away now. is it possible to loss weight and tone up my legs and lose butt fat i need to know i am just so paranoid. so hi.
I’m 14 and I have belly fat. I exercise but for some reason I just can’t lose it. I guess I have a low metabolism, which sucks, but whatever. I’m just looking for a way to fit better into some tighter shirts and feel more confident. I don’t need some “GET ABS NOW!” miracle machine, or a pure protein diet, yanno. Just looking for a natural and efficient way to get a smother belly (isn’t everyone?). But yea.
