    i lost about 10 pounds on just diet and exercise alone…i look and feel much better about myself..cut back on portion sizes..but dont deprive ureself

    I just got me a BOWFLEX!!!
    And so far so good!
    So im dieting and working out everyday!!!

    easy, eating good and not junk food, regularly exercising, and turns out 2 years later lost 30 pounds NATURALLY.

    try after school sports….or maybe a basketball team…..i met so many friends and im not over weight anymore……or you cood go all crazy and do 200 crunches and leg lifts a day like i do…

    lol @ the first answer,
    anorexia is not a cure for weight loss it is a disease that can lead to death! working out (running on a treadmill) and eating healthy has worked for me..

    FIBER. i ate 2-3 fiber crackers a day (available at target) for a week and lost like 3 pounds. plus i could poop better. >.> sorry, tmi.

    I’m not technically a teen anymore (20 years old), but when I was 17 I lost a lot of weight because of my boyfriend. He was so much fun to be around, and always made me feel really special and beautiful. It made me want to be more active and outgoing and boosted my confidence. I began to want to look and feel better physically and started getting out more often. Let’s just say I went from a size 16 to a size 8. :)

    just watch what you eat and how much you eat of it and try to eat some vegetables and fruit mostly vegetables i ate soup for luch for a week (the soup had vegetables in it low fat) and i lost like three pounds! try progresso soups the ones tht say o weight watchers points the are REALLY good!!! :P

    Joining sports and exercising alot and buying dance dance revolution. Also trying to cut back on junk foods and sugary drinks and no fastfood. Don’t ever go anorexic.

    try a sport you truely enjoy the pounds come right off. Each sport season i played i lost about 20lbs or more and the more sports you play the more lose. dont eat after 7:00 pm and drink a ton of water.

    not thinking about diet and having fun. Cutting everything onto portion. If i want to eat an apple i eat half of an apple.I lose 15 pound by eating less, but i didn’t starve myself cuz when i wanted to eat, i ate. I also did a little exersize once in a while.

    uhmm start walking to school. Change you diet to consist mainly of vegitables and less breads. Not alot of oily foods. Cut out fast food DUH! Attending dances are always a great way to burn off thos extra =) have fun.

    I haven’t had any need to loss weight. But I can suggest what I have heard and read:

    -Eat well, 3 times a day and try to eat at similar times each day, i.e. breakfast at 7am, lunch at 12pm, dinner at 6pm, etc.
    -Try to eat dinner at least 2-3 hours before going to bed and don’t have coffee before going to bed.
    -Getting enough rest at least 8-9 hours. You will have enough energy to go to school and do extra activities like sports.
    -Have a diet that is well-balanced, but try to eat more fruits and vegetables. And instead of drinking very sugary drinks have fruit juices or water. It is OK to have sugary drinks once in a while.
    -Cut out on fatty foods. This may involve having fast food maybe once a week or month.
    -Exercise for at least 30 minutes to an hour each day. This may include joining a sport group in school or outside of school. You may even like to go for a bike ride each day, a jog or even a walk.

    went from 168lb to 152 in 2 months by adding more fresh veges and fruit to my diet and running nearly everyday, then went to japan and lost a further 12lb just cos of all the walking i did (like 2-3 hours a day) and change of diet. havent lost anything recently but have gained muscle and am happy with my current status :)
