Weight loss – Green tea+hot yoga+Pilates+salad. Anyone tried combining these before? any results? thanks!?

Okay so i’ve been doing Hot yoga for an avg or 3 days per week, as well as pilates for about ..3 times a week also…
My eating habits haven’t exactly been the best *shame shame* and I understand this might be why I’m stuck. (not literally, haha)

I know that healthy weight loss is about 2-3 lbs per week, or 8-10 per month (I’m in NO rush to fit into a certain dress in a month..at all – I just want to be healthy)

I’ve read some benefits of green tea and I liked them! Now I’m really looking to incorporating green tea into my everyday life.
Hot yoga..is addicting, and has many benefits, as well as pilates – aside from the toning and exercise, a lot of my neck and lower back pain has nearly disappeared.
Salad…salad salad! I NEED to start eating more veggies (salad) and cut back on the carbs (rice, potatoes,etc – I KNOW THIS)

so with all of that already stated, my question is if anyone has tried combining yoga/hot yoga/pilates with green tea and balanced dieting? and what were your results?

I’m 5’3″ and currently weigh 155
I don’t look FAT. but I’m not where I want to be at all… and i think it’s a good time to make healthy adjustments to my lifestyle.

also, are there any “limits” as to how much green tea I can drink? hot yoga?
I’m not trying to go crazy with exercising either -
once again….I want (need) a healthy lifewstyle and I have patience to achieve this.

I’ll gladly appreciate any stories, tips, critiques, whatever it is.

Weight loss, need help?

Hi to everyone, ok, i really need to loss weight. Iam a 14 years boys who weights about 85 kilograms, for some time i lost hope to get back into my original weight(i used to be slim), until my dad helped me to have some hope, Now here is the bottom line.
Every time i lose about 2-5 kgs(by a diet or exercise) i come back and gain about 2 kg more, the strange is is that i really very fast according to my weight,iam a very good soccer player maybe one of the best in my huge huge school(Oh yeah its true) add too, that my bones are quite heavy and i got a kinda muscular arms(lower), legs. My face doesn’t look really very very fat(it looks good too) but my stomach upper arms does.

Weight loss help, please?

I am a 12 year old girl, turning 13 at the end of August.
I am 5’1 and I weigh about 155 pounds. And I want to get down to 135. How long it takes, doesn’t matter.
I’m sick of being called fat at school. And having low self-confidence due to my weight.
Recently, I have been drinking more water. And I started doing yoga. My family also just recently got a Wii fit about a week ago. And I like to jog, but my parents don’t let me go far, only about 100-200 meters down the road.

I need help with a weight loss plan because I’m not really good with planning things like this.
What’s a good diet plan? And what’s a good exercise plan? Any tips? Please help, this is one of my biggest goals. I want to be fit.
I can’t join a gym, nor a sport team.

Fat burning exersizes (serious people only)?

I am 17 weigh 170lbs and im 5”2 so u can only imagine. I was wondering how long it would take to burn down my fat till im about 130ish lbs…also i have very large boobs they are double d, will they go down with the fat?(asking because if not i will be getting a breast reduction,because i cant run or jump or anything without them hurting :( ..)Anyways I have a Wii should i get the weight loss games for it…what kind of stuff should i eat(eat eat almost any vegetable never tried one i didn’t like). Also some exercises r limited because of my boobs i cant do jumping exercises…if u know any good tips please help…my mom wont let me get P90X or Insanity because she don’t wanna order it off of the computer/tv….so if anyone can help plz do.

I’m tired of being fat and I’m depressed. I don’t know what to do anymore… help me?

I have tried everything. Honestly. This has been going on for about 3 years now. I’m 18 years old, about to be 19. I 6 ft and almost 200 pounds. I have been through a very stressful and hurtful time for the passed year and a half. I can’t believe I made it out alive… Anyways, I used to be beautiful. I used to be thin for my height. And healthy. I was a size 8. And I was completely satisfied. I hate soda. I don’t like junk food. I ALWAYS drink water. I drink milk in the morning. I drink organic green tea without sugar or milk. And then things kinda went down hill. But, I didn’t change my eating or anything. I stayed the same. But then, I gained a lot of weight and I have no idea where it came from. Now, I’m a size 14. Obesity runs in my family. Especially my Dad’s side. Everyone is either fat or REALLY fat. My mom’s side is kinda average. Some are hefty others are fine. I do not want to be like them!!!!!!! I used to be so happy and I had a high self esteem. I feel like it could be a medical problem… All I want is to be the weight I used to be. That’s like my main focus now is how fat I am. I cant stand how I look. I cant stand taking pictures. I cant stand looking in the mirror. Yes, it’s that bad. I always workout too! Like, I have P90X that my Dad got me for my birthday cause I wanted it. That’s the only television thing I got. I cant stand watching weight ads on television because I just want to be those people who have this “miracle” weight loss. But, I don’t have the freaking money to pay for that crap. I hardly have enough for college! I do not even have a car yet. Anyone have anything free? Free workouts I can look up… motivational tips… help… advice… please! I can honestly say I’m desperate. I will talk to anyone. Please help me. I want the old me back! So bad! I miss feeling beautiful. I’m too young to go through something like this. Is there anyone out there who went through the same thing and made it out the way you wanted? What did you do? Also, I hardly have money, like I said. How do I get thin in 10 weeks?

I require as many tips as possible to lose fat fast and get a flat body.
I am 17 years old. I weigh about 92kg (202 lb) and am 185cm (6 feet 1 inch) tall. I have 10 weeks to get lean and thin for this transformation. I am not looking for a WEIGHT loss but rather a FAT loss to alter my appearance in 2 months and a bit ( I don’t care much about my weight but rather how I look). Please help in any way! Thanks!

Really need help on weight loss… Please help.. =(?

I am 17 this year, and i have 49.5 kgs. I look very fat compared to how i was a couple of months ago. I was jus 38-40 kgs. I really do not like how i look like anymore. I really need to lose some weight. I’ve stopped drinking all kinda soda’s like coke etc and also i dont eat any kind of junk food anymore. I feel very hungry. Is there anything i could do to stop myself from feeling hungry and any diet tips to lose weight really fast. I cannot start exercising until June and i want to lose weight naturslly so pls dn recommend any weight loss pills or so. Is there anything any of you have done and really worked? Any tips? A few questions about weight loss and motivation, please help, I really need to do this!?

Ok, my plan is as follows…

DIET – I intend to follow the slimming world diet on all green days as I’m a veggie.
EXERCISE – 30 mins yoga each morning and 20 mins on an exercise bike with the arm workout bit (not sure what its called) so it’s a full body workout – and I’m going to up it 2 mins every week.

I currently weigh 230lbs (I’m looking to get to 185 which for my build and height is the higher end of normal, but it’s my first goal!!) and I’ve always been told fatter people lose weight quicker – and it’s unlikely to be water weight as I drink 2 – 2.5 litres a day already!!

Can anyone help with some great motivation tips? (I always end up giving up on myself!)
And can anyone estimate my weight loss? (such as how much I can lose per week, whether it’ll be quicker to start as I’m fat, how much I should aim to have lost by 31st December – end of the year sounds like a plan lol!)

I think I am very large for my height. Everyone keeps telling me I’m “thin” (HAHA, what a joke) but when I look in the mirror, I just see rolls of fat bulging all over the place. Weight loss tips would be appreciated. I can’t look pretty when I’m so big.

i work all day, my feet ache so bad when i get home, and i want to lose weight, what do i do?

I work in a pizza shop, im 16, i use to have lots of muscle, and its mostly changed back to fat, and now i have a job, my feet hurt so bad by the time that i get home, i couldnt imagine running, So are their any other weight loss techniques anyone would recomend? Any type of diet that i should go on, or specific excerscises? Mostly i just want to lose weight in chest, and belly area, i wouldnt mind getting my muscle back either, anything will help guys, any tips, thanks a lot everyone!
