well i am not huge but i am curvy i just want to be honest and well on my holiday at my moms house, i was planning to loose alot of weight cause i am stuck at home all day. but i have gained weight. i have been eating badly and sometimes when i am not hungry. i am out of school and now my best friend came back from greece and i saw pictures of her skinny body, and i am freaking out to face her now. she want hate me but i feel ashamed. she told me how there is going to be a year 11 dance and now well i am invited and have to go and face people i once knew i thought it would be later on in the year but it is a month or less away now. is it possible to loss weight and tone up my legs and lose butt fat i need to know i am just so paranoid. And have no confidence. please be honest tips would be greatly appreciated.
My mind is not in a good place and i am being stupid and i cant live up to my ideas and plan in my head. lame but i need to do this

most you could lose by then without making it unhealthy and losing muscle would be 8 lbs and you would even have to work hard for that.
get into the GYM and eat healthier
Eat healithy, regualr excersize, stop snacking, and drink plenty of water. Anyone can work that out for themselves.
Don’t go on some stupid crash-diet because they never work and only make ou feel worse.
Yiou do realize beauty comes from the inside, right?
it is possible to lose weight and tone up in a month. However, as big as you are it’s not possible lose that much weight “safely” in a month.

first off, you need willpower. you will not lose weight if you excerise but eat everything you want. you have to stick to it too, you can’t expect to exercise once and lose a bunch of weight.
second, exercise is you friend. go exercise, now. carddddiiiioooo.
(drink a full glass of water before you eat, I hear that it fills you up so you won’t eat as much..?)

ok not being mean or anything but your fine the way you are dont try and be like those slutty supermodels they take drugs and eat nothing just think about the homeless foodless kids in all the foreign countrys their wish is to put weight on but they cant cause they have no food so be greatfull and just tell your friend to acept you or not if she dosent then she is a bioth!!

It is possible for you to lose approx. 10lbs (healthily) in a month if you eat right and exercise, but if you are not in a good state of mind, you’ll just gain it all back – you need to be ready to commit to a new healthy lifestyle. You should try just walking for 30-60 minutes/day and cut out some sugars (ie. sodas,etc) in the beginning. And losing weight to look good for others, never works – you need to lose it for you. Best of luck.
If you are determined…in a month you can crash diet for 3 days, then eat EXTRA sensible for the rest of the time till the big day. Drink only water/tea, eat loads of veg, occasional fruit, tuna. Add pepper/chilli powder to your food, and you’ll up your metabolism. Snack on boring stuff like celery and carrots, and eat MASSES of sugar free chewing gum. Try to eat 5 small meals through the day instead of 3 larger ones. Get to the gym and do as much cardio as you can handle, drink plenty of water, and do some weight training too. Go up and down stairs as much as you can, great for the butt. When you are at home watching TV, lie on the floor and do sit ups, then in the adverts do press ups. Sleep at least 8 hours a night. I reckon in one month if you do all that you could lost easily 1/2 stone, but probably more. Hope that helps! PS. Remember that every little bit helps – 10 sit ups is better than none….one less Coke is better…etc!
No hard work, no results! Unfortunately that’s the truth. Still you have one month to work on. Lets plan your schedule
1) Make sure you start running around few rounds everyday
2) Diet would help immensely – Eat fruits and salads to keep your self energetic as well to loose weight (unnecessary stuff might again get those unwanted calories)
3) Drink lots of water – very essential to flush out impurities/toxins from the body.
I guess above should work well to get back you in shape.
If the question is ‘fat girl needs to be skinny in a month?’ the answer I give is no. You don’t need to be skinny at all. To be completely honest, as a male, I like curves and curvy girls look quite good in dresses and I think it’s really good to see a girl with a curvy body. Keep in mind that a large proportion of guys really like curves.
In terms of losing weight quickly, the best thing you can do is drink lots of water, eat a large amount of small meals in a day and excercise when opportunities come up, star jumps at the keyboard, sit ups and push ups can all be done at home. You might feel bloated at first from the water but it amplifies fat loss so it is worth drinking adequate amounts of water (2L at least per day)
Some tips:
Eat protein with every meal!
Eat 5-6 smaller meals everyday instead of 3 meals.
Eat oatmeal sweetened with honey or Stevia for breakfast. Throw in some bananas, blueberries or raisins. Eat a hard-boiled egg white or scrambled eggs (egg-beaters are best) and a piece of wheat toast.
For mid-morning snack, try a fruit smoothie with any kind of fruit, skim milk, flaxseed and protein powder. Mix up in a blender and yum!
For lunch, eat a veggie full salad with spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrot, mushrooms, soy beans and anything else you can throw in it. Instead of using dressing, use a splash of red wine vinegar and drizzle on some extra virgin olive oil. Try putting some turkey or chicken pieces in the salad too.
For afternoon snack, try apple with peanut butter or veggies and hummus.
For dinner, eat brown rice, steamed veggies and baked/grilled or broiled fish or chicken. Eat beans too or instead of the meat.
After dinner snack could be a frozen Edy’s fruit bar or Crystal Light popsicle. Eat plenty of veggies and fruit throughout the day too.
Drink only water! Try some lemon in it too.
Exercise daily (rest once or twice a week starting out) by walking or run/walking sprints for 30 to 60 minutes a day. Try to work the upper body and lower body everyday. Lunges along with push ups are great. Good luck!
girlll!! Frigg!!! Ur in year 11 and 70kg?? Im in year 8 and i weigh the same as u!!! Ur not fat!!! (I am haha) Look up “PILATES” Exercises on youtube and just click on different videos and try all the “BEGINNERS” workouts for about 1 hour everyday!!
AND DO NOT EAT WHEN UR BORED. CHEW GUM. =]
and waterr!! pilates is uh-mazing!! Look into a local centre if u like the videos cus its so worth it, it gives u a flat stomach and tones everything making u look slim.

You could have a healthy breakfast, lunch, pilates and dinner. with alot of water. It’s like a daily routine!!

make yourself as busy as possible, out of the house prefferebly, ( then you wont be bored and thinking about food)
at the start of the day eat like a sandwhich (cos calories are burnt off straight away when you wake up, some weird thing)
at lunch eat like a muesli bar or something miniscule like that
at tea eat like a banana and just drink tons of water., going to bed hungry seems to make your stomach smaller the next day.
if you do this for a week you should loose tons, it worked for me! you feel starving if you go from eating normaly to eating practicaly nothing so ease into it.
dont go overboard though ok, just lose what you want and then just eat little amounts of breakfast lunch and tea, (dont skip breakfast and lunch cos then you will just eat more later in the day when you dont need it)
