As long as you watch your diet and lifestyle, losing weight is a walk in the park. Imagine having to lose weight when you are in your 30s 40s or 50s. It&#8217;s A LOT harder when you are older. Diet has to be very stringent, and exercising is a must. When you are a teenager, you can still slack off here and there and still maintain your weight. You can sleep late some nights and get away with it. You&#8217;ll find that maintaining body weight becomes a lot harder as you grow older. So don&#8217;t wait till the situation becomes unmanageable! Start young, cultivate those good eating and exercising habits, and stay slim and healthy!</p>

<p>Note that if you are already thin to begin with, it will take some time and effort to lose more weight. For example, to get from 180 pounds to 150 pounds is easier than trying to get from 115 pounds to 105 pounds. As long as you are eating healthy and keeping fit, you should be making good progress. Losing just a little bit of weight is still progress. Be patient! It takes time for the fat to be burned off.</p>

<p>im 16yrs old<br />
I don’t count calories because im really not interested in this approach!<br />
my everyday or rather monday-fiday diet consists of:<br />
-2 slices of bread in the morning with some kind of spread [depends on what we have at home!] – I never have time to make anything proper for breakfast, and I’ve tried getting up earlier but I just cba!<br />
-a tuna sandwhich at lunch..or sometimes nothing at all<br />
-rice and curry when I get home around 5pmish, or sometimes pasta..but this is the time in which I have a proper meal<br />
-something light around an hour before I go sleep like tea and bread</p>
<p>I rarely ever have fried/junk/enjoyable food lol and I drink a hell of a lot of water! And I can’t take the rice and curry out of my diet completely because..well it’s just not possible! But I can limit the number of times I have it per week if anyone thinks I should!</p>
<p>Also, going to the gym, consulting a dietician/doctor of any kind, or just talking to anyone about my weight loss attempt is also not possible because im not comfortable with people knowing my insecurities..unless theyre on the internet and I don’t know them lol</p>
<p>so if you could be so kind as to help me, what I wanna know is:<br />
1.is this aerobics video effective (with my diet) in weight loss?<br />
2.if the video is effective, then how many times would I need to do it PER WEEK for a fast-ish effect?? And how soon can I expect to see it taking effect??<br />
3.Any other tips??</p>

<p>I am only 23<br />
I was on the varsity swim team for 4 years, so I have some muscle tone under all this fat<br />
I used to weigh around 175, I now weigh about 215<br />
I recently had a child (10 months ago)<br />
My stomach and arms are now flabby and appear to hang (I&#8217;m assuming because if the weight put on them)</p>
<p>I plan on going into a strict routine of diet and exercise.</p>
<p>My goal is to loose at least 30 pounds, I am just worried that my skin will look horrible, but I think that I&#8217;m young enough that it should go back for the most part.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve never had to loose weight before so I don&#8217;t know what it will do to my body (besides get smaller, duh)</p>
<p>Any tips or suggestions as well?<br />
Actually I am quite smart and graduated at the top of my class.  I had originally written a different sentence, and when i changed it, forgot to change the word &#8216;loose&#8217; to &#8216;lose&#8217;.  So shoot me, you people need to get a life.  And I am not obese, I am not one of those people with front butts walking down the road.  I was on several sports teams, and worked as a lifeguard for 5 years.  Because of my new child, and the stress of going to college, and working a full time job, has left me no time to stay in shape.  Now that I want to better myself, and am asking for a little advice, people like you that have no life of your own, think that you have to be funny.  Get real, go make real friends that will listen to your stupid and immature jokes, instead of insulting people you don&#8217;t even know on yahoo answers.</p>

just a couple detailss: im just 15 (a freshman in highschool), i bring a salad to lunch every day, and by working out 4 times a week i mean 2 intense competitive soccer practices for 1.5 hours each anddd i go to the gym for two hours twice a week. </p>

But I want to get in better shape now before it gets to late&#8230;. I already found out I&#8217;m at high risk of     * Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Type 2 diabetes, Coronary heart disease<br />
 Stroke, Gallbladder disease, Osteoarthritis, Sleep apnea, Endometrial, breast, and colon cancer. So my being lazy &#038; not caring is finally catching up to me.</p>

<p>1. How can I keep up a routine of exercising ? </p>
<p>2. I have a treadmill, I&#8217;ve only used it a few times because I heard it doesn&#8217;t do anything but were out your joint &#038; you have to basically kill yourself for results. Can you tell me how I should use it to see results, like how many miles, how long, how many days a week? </p>
<p>3. I can&#8217;t really afford those ads on t/v that send you healthy meals&#8230; what should I look for at the grocery store thats healthy?</p>
<p> I know pills don&#8217;t work, because I tried some that were highly recommended (stupid I know ) &#038; they made me feel like I was going to pass out &#038; I didn&#8217;t lose weight. I just need some tips for healthy diet &#038; exercise  </p>

I am going in for a consultation for weight loss surgery but have recently lost 30 lbs which has made me slightly too light to qualify&#8230;. all I have to do it weigh in once at first appointment at a high enough weight so simply adding some weight without eating it would be great cuz then I just have to lose that fat as well later.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>hi all, 34 weeks pregnant and feel huge. have gained 36lbs so far and worried bout post pregnancy weight loss. i have never been the size im now and i know its all for a good cause and i cant wait for my little girls arrival. i just really wanna b a sexy mom&#8230; i have felt so down and out for the last while that i just wanna get my zest for life back and be able to move around like i used to. funny how i thght i was fat before getting pregnant, now looking back i actually think i was pretty! any one else feel like this, and for sure tips to loose weight safely afterwards?</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i am 17, i want to lose some weight in my lower body (legs and butt) and chest etc&#8230; im not fat, i just have abit of body fat on me. how long would it take to see results if i did treadmill every second day (8-12km 2% incline) (20 mins which burns 400-500 calories every session on the treadmill) and i eat pretty balanced diet. i dont eat sweets or nothing like that.<br />
i play tennis 3 times per week and soccer once a week, as well as school sports, pretty active. any other tips with related topics??<br />
i do weights 3 times a week, pretty light though. 10kg dumbell and 20kg bench (with the 2 dumbbells)<br />
remember im only 17 and i cant do everything that adults do!<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am 5&#8217;2&#8243; and weigh about 150. according to the bmi calculator, I am overweight, but I do have size 34D breasts and according to my boyfriend, have a very nicce booty. lol. but I have some celulite on my legs, and some unwanted fat on my stomach and legs/theighs. Though working out I was able to drop about ten pounds, in the summer but it has come back. I tried weight loss pills to help, but those shrunk my boobs <img src='http://www.teenweightlosstips.net/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif' alt=':(' class='wp-smiley' />  No good right?! haha. But anyways, I am looking for some good exersize tips to really tone my legs and flatten my stomach without shrinking the goood parts of my body!
