help with weight loss !?

i’m 13, 5’3 and 118 pounds.
yeah i know thats not “fat”, but i just want to loose my body fat.
Do you have any tips, exercises, or anything to help?

Oh also, don’t answer with those weight loss pills, or i lost all this weight useing the program! because i’m not trying them , i’m thirteen ! and i will delete because i’m not dumb and know that they’re fake, soo noo.

    the best way to lose wieght is to not eat and keep drinking water it will make you lose your hunger

    you’re 13 and your body is still changing – just eat healthy (fruits/veggies and proteins and healthy carbs) – exercise (running, sports, exercise videos…etc) and after puberty your body should be “situated”

    I refuse to take pills or any kind of diet plan and at 13 you shouldn’t. At 118, you don’t need to worry about losing weight. I am 5’3 too and that’s a good weight. But what you may want to do, because there is a difference between being in the normal weight range (which you are) and being healthy.

    Drink water. If you don’t like water flavor it with lemonade or something.

    It’s hard, I don’t know if I could have at 13, but don’t eat a lot of sugar (or drink). Moderation in all things. Eat healthy foods whenever possible over fattening processed ones (like potato chips, candy).

    Cut out fast/junk food as much as possible. Basically you will want to replace bad foods with good ones because our bodies can process fruit and vegetables, better than processed foods.

    No matter what you weight or goal is – water is good for you.

    Walk regularly. Try and get in about a 30 minute walk/jog 3 times a week. (again, this is more about getting fit then losing weight – so you don’t need to go over board, but have a balanced work out). On non-walking days do other kinds of exercises – do jumping jacks, push ups, crunches, rapid arm movements, lunges, squats, etc. Or play sports. You can get one of those exercise balls and do exercise on them. Again, about 30 minutes a day.
