How can a teen girl lose weight fast?

I’m thirteen, i thuoght it was baby fat but it never went away. I always want to go to the beach but I feel self concoius. Someone hgelp me out

    Control your eating, make sure that you only eat a small portion, no snacking in between meals, never eat when you are not hungry, if you are hungry drink a large glass of water, this will fill you up. Buy a cheap workout DVD and do that or some form for exercise for at least half an hour each day, keep yourself busy so that you don’t think about food too much, good luck :)

    Best way to do it is to first tell yourself firmly “I will loose weight!”

    Then remember that, and keep telling yourself you can do it. Eat smaller portions and eat mostly vegetables.

    well exercising helps, eating right does too.
    i think everyone feels self conscious about themselves at times but you should just be confident in yourself and how you look. remember what matters most is whats inside not out.

    I bought myself an exercise ball and do sit ups and crunches on it. I’ve noticed my stomach is looking a lot tighter. You should try it :]

    im about to turn 13 and going into 8th grade.
    i want to loose at least 30-40 pounds im 160.
    im getting my self worked up,
    i i know i can do it but i need help.
    its getting to the point were i cant do this!
