How can I lose 20 pounds in 3 months?

I’m going to Hawaii in three months and I really want to lose anywhere from 15-20 pounds. I’m 130 pounds now (which I know isn’t fat) but I was 110-115 last spring, and I felt a lot healthier, and looked it too. Is that a doable goal- 20 pounds in three months? I can’t do any exercises outdoors because we have really bad winters where I live, so are there any good exercises for indoors? Any weight loss tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Yoga & eating healthy. BTW totally possible. Set a goal of about 2-3 pounds a week. G/L

    completely obtainable goal. i dont know why you would want to lose that much cause 130lbs is pretty good weight. id make a more reasonable goal to be 120lbs. anything under that is probably not too good. im sure you look good right now, but if your heart is set on it. id say eat right (no junk food), and exercise for 30-60 minutes a day and you will get there in no time. your ideal weight loss per week would be 2-3lbs. anything more than that is unhealthy. good luck!
