how many pounds can i lose?

i have 2 weeks to lose some weight. I’m wondering if i jog for 30 minutes a day, walk for 30 mins a day, do 100 squats and 200 leg lifts for each leg, how much weight could i lose?
Also, can anybody give me some good weight loss tips on how to burn fat, and some exercises for it?

try loosing about 15 lbs
it all depends on your weight and height. if your overweight you may be able to lose 6 pounds, if your normal, 1-2 pounds a week is healthy.
