How to get rid of belly fat naturally?

so hi.
I’m 14 and I have belly fat. I exercise but for some reason I just can’t lose it. I guess I have a low metabolism, which sucks, but whatever. I’m just looking for a way to fit better into some tighter shirts and feel more confident. I don’t need some “GET ABS NOW!” miracle machine, or a pure protein diet, yanno. Just looking for a natural and efficient way to get a smother belly (isn’t everyone?). But yea. Just some exercising tips, some naturally healthier foods that help with weight loss, anything like that would be MUY appreciated. Thanks so much.

    diet and exercise is the only thing that ever works.

    you need to do more cardio exercise 4-5 days a week for 30- 45 mins
    also reduce the carbs eat more proteins
    eat more vegetables

    train abs everyother day for 5-10 mins
