It takes alot of work and patience to lose weight, but in the end, it’s worth it. You’re not stupid, don’t listen to that other answerer!
Here are some GREAT tips of my own that will help:
1. I know alot of people assume starving yourself is the way to go, and sometimes it can help you to lose weight. But there are a couple things to it: One – Not eating will slow
your metabolism down which will cause you to gain weight, unless you stop all together, which is very very bad!! Two – If you DON’T stop all together, just eat around 500
calories, your body will think it’s starving, and it will cling to every little thing you eat and store it as FAT on your body! How are you gonna lose weight if it does that? And
rather you just eat 500 calories or stop all together, not only will you gain it all back once you eat again, you will feel sick and you will be exhausted. Trust me – Starving
yourself is harmful than it is good!
2. Eat around 4 – 8 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones. Eating more often through the day will give your metabolism an extra boost, therefore, it burns more calories and fat
which equals more weight loss for you! But make sure they’re healthy. You could eat fruit, low-sugar/sugar-free granola bars, low-fat yogurts, a handful of nuts, a light sandwich
with a glass of skim milk….you get the idea
3. Eat lean meats instead of red meat. They’re so much healthier for you in so many ways. Chicken (especially breasts) is good, fish and turkey as well. You need alot of protein in your diet, so meats like those are great. But if you’re like me, and you’re a vegetarian, there are other ways to get protein. You can eat nuts, but only moderate proportions cause they can have alot of calories in them, as well as fat (but it’s good fat, and your body needs some fat, so don’t stress it too much) peanut butter is also good, but too much can be bad, so try low-fat peanut butter, or even almond butter! Low-fat dairies are a good source of not only calcium, but protein as well. Try eggs or just egg whites,
those are really really good for you! Beans are also very good! 4. When it comes to any bread item, also choose wheat over white. It’s so much better for you, and in my own opinion, much tastier! 5. Try to eat either some fruit or some vegetables with every meal! You can eat however much you want of both those items, and never gain weight! They’re so nutritious and tasty and make for great snacks! Best fruits to eat are apples, melons and berries – they’re great for the metabolism! As for vegetables, try carrots and celery especially! 6. If you like pasta, go for whole wheat pastas with some veggies and light tomato-based sauces! So tasty, filling and healthy! 7. Drink at least 1.5 liters a day, especially before, during and after your workout. Water keeps the liver running healthily and the liver helps burn fat. 8. Try replacing any sodas or juices with green tea. Drinking about 3 glasses of green tea a day is good when you’re dieting. Green tea has alot of healthy natural herbs that help fight cancer, as well as boost the metabolism! But make sure there’s no sugar it it! Sodas are bad, as well as most juices cause they have high fructose corn-syrup, sugar and carbohydrates in them, and none of those are good for you! 9. Eat foods high in fiber. Fiber keeps you fuller for longer and with that said, you’re likely to eat less. 10. (Obviously) Cut out all chips, candy, sweet foods, red meats, anything high in fat and calories with little-to-no nutrition. That alone can make the world of difference. Eat fruits or veggies instead! 11. Don’t deprive yourself of all the yummy foods you like for too long. Allow yourself a tasty treat (I recommend with no more that 300 calories) either once every week or once every two weeks. That way you won’t likely binge and crave stuff, and it makes it easier to stick to a diet if you eat foods you like! Remember – Moderation is key! 12. Do NOT eat while you are out! You will more than likey wind up with too many calories (McDonalds, Burger King…etc etc) or too many carbs (Subway)! 13. Cut back on carbs. You still need to eat some, but too much will cause you to gain, or at least stay the same, so eat less of those! 14. Chew some gum! This will prevent you from eating as much, and it can help with sweet cravings too! Try sugar-free; It’s better for you! 15. Keep track of every little thing you eat in a food journal of some sort. This helps alot cause every little calorie can add up quickly! 16. Don’t eat unless you’re hungry, and don’t eat until you feel very full. Eat slowly, and if you still feel hungry, drink a couple glasses of water. Sometimes thirst can be
mistaken for hunger, and we wind up eating more than we really need too. 17. Get plenty of sleep! For every hour you sleep, you burn 90 calories. And not sleeping slows down your bodies natural ability to burn calories. Not only that, but you’re be too exhausted to do all that good old exerc

its not possible. and whoever says it is is lying. you’d just ruin your body and lose muscle and put on fat so you’ve lost weight, but look bigger and are more unhealthy.
put some effort into it. diet, excercise. its not hard to understand.
