how to stick with a weight loss plan?

i’m going on a vacation to europe in the beginning of august, and i’m fat. (about 165-170 lbs, 5’8″.)

my weight loss plan:
lose about 30 lbs in the time I have (2 months).
walk/jog a mile a day, and then slowly elevate it up to 3 miles
only eat things like veggies, chicken, tuna, fish, some fruit, etc.
do pushups and situps

I HAVE TO DO THIS. however, i get lazy easily and distracted easily. how can i keep myself focused? any tips? it’s hard, because i have been fat all my life. my heaviest weight was like 215, and i went on a diet to get around this weight. i’m still fat though, and that’s why it’s so.. discouraging.. it feels like ‘skinny/fit’ is an impossible goal. ideas? thanks so much

    1.you aren’t fat!
2.if you have a problem sticking to a plan then don’t! taking a day off once every 2 weeks or so won’t kill you, and it could help you stay on track the rest of the time without temptation.
3.try taking it one day at a time.

google exactly what i tell you
    1. high intensity interval training (HIIT)
    2. anaerobic exercise
    3. maintaining metabolism
eat lots of fruits veggies and i know its so hard, but no candy, chips, chocolate, anything amazing and delicious
try steamed veggies, they are amazing for being so healthy

just watch the calories on everything because the calories includes the fattening as well as soda they have the Calories which i hate but just do Diet Sodas and Tuna has alot of fattening only if you include mayo with it without it no problem…well you should also do WeightWatchers it works and you can also join in for Free and you could check it out

if you get distracted by running on the treadmill just think your running on the fields but just ignore everything but just watch out for pets near treadmills but if your running outside just watch out for cars just ignore everybody and listen to your ipod or other.
Back to the Calories and the lists of food if it in the package just make sure you watch out for the Calories and the Fat percentage…you could also look up for food in lower Calories and that could help as well. PS no Candy! ;)
