I need help with fitness/weight loss?

i am almost 18 and i am 5’4 and i weigh 119 and i’d like to lose a little bit of fat on my stomach cause my torso is really short.
i’ve been running 3 days a week for about 4 weeks and i have been drinking A LOT of water, and eating smaller meals and i still see no difference.
help! are there any helpful tips

    you sound tiny try some abs exercises like crunches and situps

    Sweetheart, unless your legs are stick thin, you can’t have the stomach you think you do. It all ready seems you are doing what you need to do to keep your weight down. Try crunches, side crunches, bicycle kicks. At the weight and height you are at though, I think you are perfect the way you are.

    i have the same problem i have a short torso, and i just started running 40min. 4 times a week, and i see a difference and i eat smaller meals too but i do not eat after ,about 2 or 3 pm this makes a difference too so for the rest of the night i drink water and diet juice, so yeah sounds like your doing the right thing, how long have you been running……it will come off i am 52 and i see a difference already,you have to see somthing you think?,just keep running, just keep running you will see it !!! and dont eat at night!

    Running does not help as much as resistance exercise. Body weight exercises and Sandbag type of exercises burn fat like crazy in a short time, build a lot of functional muscle and endurance at the same time.
    Find out your ideal daily calorie intake. Then reduce your daily food intake by 500 calories. Spread out this deficit in 5-6 smaller meals throughout the day.
    You must drink at least a gallon of pure water per day and more during summer.
    Eat nuts, sun dried raisins, figs, legumes, edible seeds of all variety. Fresh fruits, vegetables and their juices are great for you. If you still hit a fat loss plateau then you can quit eating starches and replace them with raw fruit and vegetables.
