i want to loose stomach fat?

im 5’5 and i weigh 130 pounds. im at a healthy weight and i am a skinny girl. but i have huge love handels and they make my body look unproportional. the only place i need to loose fat is in my stomach and around my lower back. i know targeted weight loss is hard and that the only way to loose fat is to do cardio so you will burn fat all over. ive been keeping a healthy diet and going to the gym 4 times a week (mon-thurs). how long do you think its going to take for my love handels to go away? any tips on foods i should eat or exercises i should do? i usually go on the eliptical machine for 40 minutes a day( about 3 miles and it burns over 300 calories)

you can also add light weights to your routine to build muscles in your legs and arms. Muscles burn more calories than fat so having more muscles will help increase the calories required for daily maintenance. And since you are eating healthy foods, no fried foods, no candy, dessert or sodas then you should lose your stomach fat in 1-2 months.

There are many things that contribute to stomach fat loss – the right kind of low fat diet, right kind of stomach exercises and you must be surprised to hear that even your emotional state can contribute to your stomach fat. The best way to get targeted results is to go through the internet or join an online forum

    Cardio, Cross training.

Basically what it comes down to is you need to burn off more calories then you take in on a daily basis. Best step is trying to reduce your calorie intake by about 250-500 calories. Doing that alone will make y-ou NOT gain an extra 50-75 pounds a year.

Eat more fiber –Fiber is digested slower, keeps us feeling fuller longer and releases its energy slower which keep our blood sugar levels even and helps us avoid cravings

Fruits and vegetables are packed with beneficial fibers, vitamins and antioxidants. They fill up your stomach fast so you feel full earlier. They are also low in calories and helps to keep your calorie count low
