I want to lose fat on my stomach and turn it into a six pac anything that would work please X

Ok I’m starting to notice a really bad diet and because i get fat really easily but really hard to lose the fat. I do swimming and tennis allot but I’m not losing any weight and can this be suitable for a 11 year old too please because my little brother wants to do this thing with me too.
Please help I’m a really good multi talented teen who super serially needs a 6 pac lmao south park. Anyways this is serial so X
Oh and can this be tiring because i really don’t mind. also what type of particular swimming shall i do o focus on my stomach and etc. sit ups and stuff like that just exercises no diet stuff.
My dad might buy a trampoline a big one will that help too?

    So….Get a yoga ball and lock your feet under a couch or something and do sit ups.

    THe reason why I do say do regular situps because I did a little experiment and the yoga ball situp works the sides of your belly as well, which is sort of needed to be toned.

    its really good that you do swimming. swimming is the best exercise you can get. I’d swim if i could swim better. lol and tennis is really good too, if your doing power tennis. (which is hard core and nonstop) i love playing tennis. but you already do a lot of cardio. now you need to do sit ups and crunches. like at the least 100 each. and with in 2 months of doing this every day or every other day, you’ll have your desired six pack! = )
    personally i wouldn’t want a six pack, but a really really flat tummy.
    i myself am dieting now. i take akavar (its a diet pill) each capsule has 39mg of caffeine. and i take up to 3 a day. they give you lots of energy and they curb your appetite, so you eat whatever you want but you get full easier and faster so therefore you lose weight.

    but if yopu just want a 6 pack and not lose any weight, do the cardio you already do at least 4 times a week. and then the crunches and sit ups every day for 2 months. and even after you reach your goal you still need to do the exercises just to maintain your 6 pack, but just not as many.

    Richard Simmons 7 minute stomach formula. It’s sold on ebay and amazon. You exercise for 7 minutes a day, 7 days a week, for 7 weeks. You just watch the video and do what they are doing. You’ll have a six pack probably within 3 weeks, but it’s better to finish the entire program. Good luck
