I’m 16, I want some tips on how to lose weight, please?

okay, I’m 16 almost 17 and I’m about 5’10″ and I weigh 185. I’m trying to lose about 25-30 pounds by the end of august. Please please help! I’ve been eating better (more fruits, veggies, and lots of water) and I know that I should cut out wheat to lose more fat, but I seem to eat bread at least once a day. I don’t want to eat it anymore or at least not more than once or twice a week so what should I do? is there any foods you can suggest for me to substitute instead of bread? Also please tell me a good workout schedule. I have a treadmill and weights at my disposal so please give me some suggestions of what I can do to optimize my fat loss.

oh and I also play basketball during the year and occasionally throughout the spring and summer.

also please no fast fixes like acai berry or any kind of weight loss supplement, I want to make this a life change.

    Join a sport that requires running. Or start a habit of running everyday. ;)

    you are already doing so well.ok every morning you get up do karate punches for 6 minutes and if you not tired keep going,do it fast, you’ll lose at least 6 pound in three weeks, i do that every morning,and keep lifting weights any time your free.
