It’s usually a lot easier for teens to lose weight due to their high metabolism. As long as you watch your diet and lifestyle, losing weight is a walk in the park. Imagine having to lose weight when you are in your 30s 40s or 50s. It’s A LOT harder when you are older. Diet has to be very stringent, and exercising is a must. When you are a teenager, you can still slack off here and there and still maintain your weight. You can sleep late some nights and get away with it. You’ll find that maintaining body weight becomes a lot harder as you grow older. So don’t wait till the situation becomes unmanageable! Start young, cultivate those good eating and exercising habits, and stay slim and healthy!
