Need help with weight loss….?

I just had a baby 3 months ago and am desperately trying to lose the baby fat. Like most woman, i have a hard time shedding the pounds. I am in search for a clinical weight loss pill that with diet and exercise, will help me burn fat. There are so many out there and i am confused with which one to try. Does anyone have any tips or experience with any that have shown real results and is also affordable??? Because i have a 3 month old i don’t have much time to go to the gym so i was also wanting to get some exercise dvds so if there are any suggestions on any good ones, that would be appreciated. Thanks so much!!!

instead of a “diet”, why don’t you choose a “lifestyle path”. This way, you wont gain the weight back. I know you have probably heard the usually: drink water, exercise, watch what you eat, etc. But its YOU who needs to get motivated. Once you are, its going to be a LOT easier. I have been at it for two days now. Not long, but i feel better about myself. Soon, i should be loosing weight. Here is the website i use: http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.php. Here, i calculate my daily intake, choosing from restaurants, food brands, and regular grocery list items. I then do exercises, tell it what i have done and for how long with the Calories Burned Calculator, and it adds it up! how much ive eaten, minus how much ive lost! Set a number of calories that is healthy for you and your body, then try to get no more than that per day. And for the best part, ITS FREE! No sign ups, no downloads, no payment. Its that simple. I am working towards my goal of losing 50 pounds, and I hope you can reach your goal too!

that dance one by those two ballroom champs endorsed by mary murphy from so u think u can dance sounds like fun. I want to get it personally.

And alli sounds like a good diet pill-its fda approved (if that means anything these days smh), and what it does it extract the fat from what u eat before ur body absorbs it. BUT with Alli u have to make sure u dont consume large quantities of fatty foods because this will make u “go off” or “number two” more and can be uncomfertable

the only pill that is truly safe is alli, it is approved by the fda, and it doesn’t work in your heart to hype you up like other pills it works in the stomach, and gets rid of some fat. i have lost 45 pounds so far just read the directions

This is best way to lose wieght without having to spend your money on dvds and nutrition guides or destroy you liver by taking all sorts of pills that DONT work.
    DIET:
a good way to raise your metabolism is by eating 4-5 small meals a day, each meal consisting of healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables.

    EXCERCISE:
plenty of aerobic exercises such as running, swimming, dancing, etc. Anything that will increase your heart rate and make you break a sweat for at least 30 mins each day, fat and toxins release through sweat. Be sure to stay hydrated when doing these types of excercises.

    good luck!
