please help with my weight loss?

I’m struggling with weight loss. I have been struggling with this for two years. I’m 16, 5’7, and 170 pounds. I eat really healthy. I have a gym membership and I use it all the time. I’m stuck at this weight. I don’t want my thighs to touch anymore. I don’t want any fat on my body at all. Are there any tips, no matter how challenging or how dedicated i have to be, that can help me tone every part of my body? I just want to feel fit and good. I need a routine to do everyday and a diet plan.

As for food, eat fruits, drink LOTS of water, if you dont drink enough water it lowers your metabolism, and makes it easier for you to keep, and gain that body fat.

Whole grain foods are also healthy, say your up for some ships and salsa, dont get the normal tostitoes, get the whole grain, they taste EXACTLY the same.

you should have to eat some light foods in appropriate time and have a daily heavy exercise to loose your weight.
