Quick tips to lose weight for teens:
Let me start by recognizing that the way to say “fewer calories in, more calories out” is true. Yes, lose weight you must eat well and exercise. But it means much more than what it seems and I will not waste time reinventing ideas that you’ve heard before. This brings me to my first point:
Tip#1-Buy a digital scale

Tip#8-Streamline your exercise
Finding the time to go to the gym can be very difficult. However, half-hour workout is only 2% of your day (assuming 24 hours per day). For me, the most inspiring time was compared with that spent in the gym watching a show. Because I’m a big fan of “Everybody Loves Raymond” every time I sit down to watch an episode, I remind myself that in half an hour I was sitting and doing nothing, I could complete my daily workout.
Tip#9-Lost weight and now?
Once you lose weight you must keep. You must choose a weight and undertake not to weigh no more than that. It is normal for your body weight vary between 2 and 4 pounds.
