Hey guys I would really appreciate it if someone would give me some good advice towards losing weight, I’m 18 years old and I’m 5’5 I weigh about 180 pounds I don’t just wanna lose weight I want to be healthier and start eating healthier too.. I would really like to lose 10 to 15 pounds by april or may and I just need some tips towards what I should do, I bought trim maxx(weight loss/cleansing tea) and I didn’t start taking it yet because I don’t really know too much about it, I have a treadmill in my basement and I’ve came up with the idea to walk at least 45-60 minutes on it everyday, I don’t know if crunches really work so I don’t know if I should do those before bedtime or not, can someone just please give me some ideas about what I should do, I really want to lose my stomach fat, I was thinking about cutting meat out of my diet and just eating vegetables and a lot of whole grain products.. Any ideas people?

The secret to weight loss and KEEPING it off is really quite simple.

Weight loss occurs when your energy output is greater than your energy input. Put simply, decrease the calories you consume, and exercise.

You are fine to eat a normal diet. One key thing to watch is portion size. One portion is what fits in the palm of your hand. Use low fat food, but be weary of foods labeled low fat that are high in sugar. Jam for example, has very little fat in it, but is loaded with sugar.

Eat lots of vegetables. These are high in fiber and low in fat and sugar, and will make you feel full. Have a small amount of carbohydrates with your meals, as this supplies vital long lasting energy for your body. Remember even when you are resting, your body is still using lots of energy regulating your temperature, controlling your heart rate and breathing.

Do eat meat. It is a great source of protein, and has lots of iron and vitamin B12 and folate in it. Without these you will become anemic. Cut the fat off meat, and grill or roast it instead of frying.

With regards to exercise, start slowly. If you are not used to walking, start with 15 minutes at a normal pace on your treadmill. No point doing yourself an injury or making exercise so painful and unpleasant that you dread it. Increase the amount and/or pace every week by 5-10 minutes.

Good luck, and don’t forget to treat yourself to some “naughty” food once in a while! Just make sure the portion is controlled.

I would recommend to just jog on your treadmill for at least 30 minutes a day. And eat veggies.Doing crunches really doesnt work.

Megan C. from Los Angeles, California, lost 30 pounds in 6 weeks. I weighed 160, and then six weeks later I am at 130… this diet seemed to take it back to where your body was supposed to be naturally.

That’s a great question! I can understand how you feel, trying to find the perfect product. There are no Silver Bullets i.e. any one program or product in the marketplace that can be the Be-All solution to every problem!

I believe you will also need a regimental exercise program to get you where you want to be. A friend of mine told me about this company that provided an effective solution to their problem.

After a couple of months, I have seen the results! It may be worth your time and efforts to investigate further.

This year is going to be a great year and I hope that you are successful with accomplishing your goals.

    Congratulations on taking action!
