(aerobics) How effective is this video is losing weight? and help in weight loss in general!?
my measurements are
bust – 36inches
waist – 33inches
hip – 38inches
..or so I think [they always change when I measure] lol
Im a UK size 12
I wanna lose weight EVERYWHERE..or rather, get toned
for me specifically, this includes
-my muffin top [love handles] which I HATE
-my back fat..i don’t know if theres a word for that lol
-my cheek fat – I used to have chubby cheeks as a kid but I just want my cheek bones to stick out a little bit more!
-my upper arm fat
im 16yrs old
I don’t count calories because im really not interested in this approach!
my everyday or rather monday-fiday diet consists of:
-2 slices of bread in the morning with some kind of spread [depends on what we have at home!] – I never have time to make anything proper for breakfast, and I’ve tried getting up earlier but I just cba!
-a tuna sandwhich at lunch..or sometimes nothing at all
-rice and curry when I get home around 5pmish, or sometimes pasta..but this is the time in which I have a proper meal
-something light around an hour before I go sleep like tea and bread
I rarely ever have fried/junk/enjoyable food lol and I drink a hell of a lot of water! And I can’t take the rice and curry out of my diet completely because..well it’s just not possible! But I can limit the number of times I have it per week if anyone thinks I should!
Also, going to the gym, consulting a dietician/doctor of any kind, or just talking to anyone about my weight loss attempt is also not possible because im not comfortable with people knowing my insecurities..unless theyre on the internet and I don’t know them lol
so if you could be so kind as to help me, what I wanna know is:
1.is this aerobics video effective (with my diet) in weight loss?
2.if the video is effective, then how many times would I need to do it PER WEEK for a fast-ish effect?? And how soon can I expect to see it taking effect??
3.Any other tips??

I think I am very large for my height. Everyone keeps telling me I’m “thin” (HAHA, what a joke) but when I look in the mirror, I just see rolls of fat bulging all over the place. Weight loss tips would be appreciated. I can’t look pretty when I’m so big.

I need some advice on weight loss/fitness/toning?
Let’s see I want to lose 5 kilos.
I’m 5,5 and 60kilos/130 pounds. I checked my BMI it reads healthy, however I know by looking at myself in the mirror that I am far from healthy (5 kilos.)
I want to lose 5 kilos. Or rather increase my fitness levels in order to make some sports teams this year as they are crucial to my resume. I have already devised a workout plan. However I need some help with devising a good diet for maximum weight loss and muscle toning. I am not growing finished yet so I can’t do weights, so what are somethings I can do to maximize weight loss. I also need some drills I can do to help me prepare myself for soccer tryouts ( I need some Goalie Drills.)
I’m wondering if I should focus on gaining muscle…supposedly gaining muscle burns fat. I know this sounds bare stupid but if I have fat on my body and I turn it into muscle won’t I end up with guy muscles? I don’t want to be bulky I want to be toned.
I don’t know if I’ve mentioned this yet I need a good diet and tips on weight loss.

Fat Loss/Muscle Gain For A 15 Year Old…?
I know this question is long but I need help please guys!
I’m 6″1 and weigh 155 pounds.
I’m 15 years old.
Basically, I want to gain lots of muscle as I play Rugby regularly (train twice a week, 2 hours altogether with a 70 minute match on a sunday).
I have quite a bit of fat and was wondering is it best to get a “six-pack” by losing the weight and then building muscle, or turning the fat into muscle?
What would I need to eat? How much a day? What would be a “good Guideline Daily Amount” for me? So you know e.g. 50g fat, 60g carbs, etc.
I really don’t know, What are the best workouts to do? I have a set of 17kg Dumbbells, (x4 2.5kg weights, and x4 1.5kg weights). I’m currently lifting 5kg on each arm and doing 1 set of 30 reps a night.
How long will this take to build a good muscular bicep size? 3 months or so?
Also, I need you guys to help me with exercises which will increase my upper body strength overall, as well as thigh power to improve my running speed?
Also, how can I tone my body really well, to make it look in tip top shape.
I know this won’t come over night, But I am willing to take as much time as it takes to get the right body for me!
