I’m 14 and I have belly fat. I exercise but for some reason I just can’t lose it. I guess I have a low metabolism, which sucks, but whatever. I’m just looking for a way to fit better into some tighter shirts and feel more confident. I don’t need some “GET ABS NOW!” miracle machine, or a pure protein diet, yanno. Just looking for a natural and efficient way to get a smother belly (isn’t everyone?). But yea. how can a 12 year old lose belly fat?
ok so…I am 12 years old and i am 4’9″. i weigh between 89-94lbs. It changes depending on what i eat and how much i eat. It might sound like im anorexic but im not! i drink smoothies every morning for breakfast. I would say i eat pretty healthy, but i can’t seem to lose a little bit of my belly fat. Please give me some weight loss/exercise tip i can do to lose the belly fat. i just want to do this to feel better about myself. Thank you!

Losing fat from the belly and weight loss/muscle gain in general.?
I started going to the gym about 2 months ago.
I’m a 21 year old male. Started at 182 pounds and now weigh in about 165ish. I guess I lost a considerable amount of weight, I can notice it a bit now.
My problem is I have skinny arms, broad shoulders, a fat belly, fat thighs and skinny legs. I know you can’t target where you want to lose weight but i really want to lose the weight in the stomach and thighs and then work on my abs more.
My routine as of late:
everyday routine: eliptical/run about 30-60 mins a day + play a little indoor soccer.
every other day: i’ll do the running and soccer.
lift some weights. i do several different weight lifting exercises, using machines and dumbells. i guess 2-3 sets of 10 reps for each.
leg weights: i use the machine where you sit and push the weights with your legs. 4 sets of 25.
100 sit ups on a sit up bench. 4 sets of 25.
i have to admit i haven’t been eating as healthy as i could, but definitely reduced my calorie intake from say 2000+ to under 1500 (some days even less than 1000) and taking as much protein as i can.
can somebody help? it feels weird, having skinny arms and legs, and then fat hips, thighs and a belly. i haven’t always been like this, i used to be very lean everywhere, but gradually gained this stomach. if you guys have any tips out of the ordinary please let me know. i feel like i’m missing something. thanks!

Okay so I’m 16/Male and I’m pretty slim but I have like some belly fat and I would like to get rid of ‘em to bring out my abs. I know how there isn’t any exercise that could directly focus on the loss of belly fat but only develop the ab muscle but I would still like to know the names of some exercises and other tips on how to get rid of ‘em. 10. Cheat
Hey, if you’re on a strict diet, if you don’t cheat you may “down-regulate” your metabolism. What that means is you will slow it down and burn less calories than you normally would. You avoid that by cheating once a week. The cheating helps to spike up your calories for 1 day which actually boosts your metabolism. Just don’t think eating a lot of calories everyday will do the same thing. It won’t.
