My niece is 12 1/2 years old shes tall but shes big. No very fat but average fat. She asked me for tips about how to help her. She said she wants something not very hard, she really wants help, she is about 47kg. Please help me help her.

She also eats alot regulary – always hungry

Does anyone have helpful tips on posture, food, beverages, and everyday routines that could help with my weight loss? I do NOT want to spend any money unless its on reasonable items. (1. I wasn’t yelling with the all caps before, 2. please dont waste my time with diet plans!)

Easy good Tips for Weight loss In teenager?
I’m looking to lose about 50 in 5 months. At max. Min would be 30. I currently weigh 200. I wish to atleast get down to 170 if not 150 in that time. I was basically inactive for three years due to asthma. I’m slowly re-introducing my body to excersise.
Prev weight before asthma- 154
- I do 75-100 situps
- I eat 1-2 bananas, grapes apples… ect.
- i don’t eat a lot (i mean excesively.)
How long would it take to lose 50 at this rate. Stretch tips… things i can do inside the house (i babysit so i can’t go out running or walking) and i don’t have weights. Things like situps… (no pushups.)

i have soccer every weekday for two hours and and almost always exercise on the weekends. i have been eating smaller portions and lots of fiber so i stay full longer. i have also been laying off fat – filled foods. i have been at this for at least a month but no results.
please help.
p.s. im not gonna stop eating or use diet pills
also if anyone has any workout ideas i would greatly appreciate it
oh and i cant join a gym so dont start with that either
