Teen Weight Loss Help!!?

I have tried everything and I want to loose weight so badly. I am very active I play a port workout everyday diet and nothing works my legs and arms are skinny but my stomach and thighs are just flab. Can anyone help me???? Any teens out there who have succesful deiting and adults as well!

If I do Track and Field, will I lose excess fat by the end of the season?

Hi. I’m a 15 year old girl. I weight 120 pounds an i am 5’7. for years now, i’ve had this annoying bulge on my tummy about 1 inch fat. I eat like every normal teen does, 4 meals a day. There are times when I pig out and there are times when I starve myself. For once, I just want to be able to eat whatever I want and lose the fat. ESPECIALLY on my stomach and thighs

Track season is coming up and i plan to do the 800m. the coaches are gonna make me run 3-5 miles a day, 5 days a week, and track lasts about 3 months. so if i run 3-5 miles, 5 days a week for three months, will I lose my belly fat?

Do kids/teens really have “baby fat” or is that not real?

Well I’m 15 and I’m not fat, I’m average or a little bit bigger than average, but my hands look like little kid hands and my ankles look like little kid ankles too, and my face is pretty round. My mom always says it’s just my “baby fat” and I’ll lose it soon, and I’ve heard term a lot before but is there really such thing as baby fat? Or is that just kind of an excuse?

Is it true that doing 30 seconds fast then 30 seconds slow helps you loose weight faster?

Because I have been using the cross trainer and burn 500 calories in 45 minutes, and I know that using the tread-mil doesn’t burn as much. But if I do 30 seconds of running as fast as I can and then do 30 seconds walking. Will this shift the fat, and make me lose weight faster or not?

ok to start i’m 15. i’m 5’0 & I weigh 105 lbs. I know it doesn’t sound bad & i don’t look really bad, it’s just I have that concentrated fat on my arms, legs, belly, love handles. you know. i just was wondering what I would have to do just get this fat off of me. I feel really, really gross! 15, male., i got quite a bit of belly at and love handles, i really wanna lose it fast. I just joined a gym, i;ll go every second day, what exercises should i do there to get skinny? secondly, i have a hill behind my house, its massive, how should i use it everyday? my goal is to lose all my fat and be skinny over the remaining summer, because i want to look hot for my new school, but, please tell me what i should do in order to make this goal happen, but, do yuo think it can happen?

okay, i am 50 pounds over weight. i need help. so here is my schedule:

Get up at 6 need to be at bus stop but 710. i need all that time to do what i have to do.

at school from 8:30 to about 430.

430 is when i get home.

i cant do anything past 7 for the rest of the night.

so can u help me get a routine/schedule to exercise. i need help. also if u have exercises that i can do,that would be great!:) i need to loose weight on my thies and stomach. please help me. thankyou. i have lunch about 1 at school by the way. thanks.
