i want to loose stomach fat?
im 5’5 and i weigh 130 pounds. im at a healthy weight and i am a skinny girl. but i have huge love handels and they make my body look unproportional. the only place i need to loose fat is in my stomach and around my lower back. i know targeted weight loss is hard and that the only way to loose fat is to do cardio so you will burn fat all over. ive been keeping a healthy diet and going to the gym 4 times a week (mon-thurs). how long do you think its going to take for my love handels to go away? any tips on foods i should eat or exercises i should do? i usually go on the eliptical machine for 40 minutes a day( about 3 miles and it burns over 300 calories)
Losing the fat in my thighs and stomach?
I really would like to trim off some fat on my thighs and try to develop a flat stomach.
I read on a weight loss website that if you just stick to crunches and sit-ups, you are just building the muscle under all the fat, making your stomach bigger and making your waist bigger. Is that true? If it is then how would I get rid of the top layer of belly fat to tone my stomach/ abs?
And any tips to slimming your thighs and arms?

I had a weight loss of about 20 recently like earlier in the year to trim some fat off my stomach but it didnt really help. I mean im skinnier but i still have a gut and i want to get rid of it before june when i get out of school. How do i get rid of my gut ? Is there like some exercises or some thing i can do differently in my diet to help me lose it? Should i lose some more weight or what?Any tips?
Targeting stomach fat?
Hey, I’m a 19 yr old male and have been wondering why I can’t loose this stomach fat. I work out a lot and notice that when I tighten my abs, I can only see my top 6. However, I can’t seem to loose my stomach fat. I can’t even tighten them, it’s like they’ve never been worked out be4. Any stomach loss guidelines I could follow or helpful tips would be greatly appreciated.

I’ve been trying to lose stomach fat for at least 3 years now…I’m 14 years, 4 ft 11″, 100 pounds and so forth…I have a lot of body fat and I’d like to get rid of them… starting with stomach fat first, I’ve read a lot about weight loss and other things for the past 3 years, done TONS of research, but I can’t seem to lose my body fat…

.::TIPS ON WHAT I DO REGULARLY::.
(I walk on the treadmill for 2 hrs at 6.5 miles/hr everyday…burn about 800 cals…do 110 crunches every day, 30 leg raise every day, 30 squats, 30 lunges and so forth for the last I don’t know how many weeks, it’s been forever…Eat pretty healthy, apples, carrots, broccoli, egg, rice(not healthy), I think I put to much oil in my foods…maybe…eat about 1000-1300 calories a day…BMR rate 1289.8)

I am not so much going for weight loss, more like fat loss. I am about 138lbs, if that helps.

How Do I Lose Stomach Fat??
Ok, I’m a little embarrassed, but I’m 13 (almost 14) 5’7 and I weigh 144 pounds. It sounds fat, I know. According to a lot of websites, it says I’m at a healthy weight. I even went on a teen health website and they said my weight was fine. Everything on me is slim. My arms are thin, my legs are thin, and my butt is totally flat. It’s my stomach I’m embarrassed about. I’m a tennis player and I work out a lot, and the fat just will not go away. When I suck in my stomach, you can see my ribs and where my abs are, and I wish I could look like that WITHOUT sucking it all in. Everyone including my doctor says I’m not fat, but I refuse to believe it. And I really wanted to start the new school year off with a better body!
