Help with my weight!?
K. im 14 and a half years old. I weigh 108 on my scale at home. Last smmer, when I was 13 is was 92, which means I gained 16 pounds. All my friends say Im so skinny but I think im so fat. I dont even like wearing a bathing suit, but everyone says im skinny. My only problem is, I do eat more than I should. I have a sweet tooth and Im always hungry but sometimes I just canot help it becasue Im always hungry. My dad says that im always hungry isnt a bad thing but it actually is. Also, I do not like my thighs. And Im a cheerleader. Advice please! I wanna lose some weight and not feel fat, Can anyone give me tips on esating properly and wieght loss tips please!
Secret dieting tips?
I joined a contest kinda like “The Biggest Loser” through a fitness club.
I am 29 and have over 100 lbs to lose. I have not done any significant physical activity for a couple years.
I am going into the 2nd week of the contest. I lost 6 lbs the first week.
I have cut my caloric intake to about 1000 a day and I am working out 5 times a week (cardio and some weight training).
Does anyone have any tips to quick weight loss?
Are there certain foods to stay away from that are not as well known? (obviously, not sweets, low carbs, low sodium, no sugar soda). I was thinking about trying the cabbage soup diet one week (the contest is 8 weeks long).
I plan on this being the ‘kick-start” to my weight loss. I will be joining weight watchers after the contest is over.
Can you drink too much water? And what should my heart rate get up to when doing cardio to maximize the fat burning.
Diet soda or no diet soda?

How do people fast and stick to it?
Me and my friend feel like were over weight and want to lose fat in certain places. Were both trying the 10 day fast. Yeah, i know i know, its “bad for you” research and doctors have shown that its fine and its also not starving. you body should go a while without eating. BUT as we all know, being hungry isn’t much fun either and i dont know about you but i hate the feeling. How do i controll myself to not eat? drink a lot of water? Any tips? And Facts on weight loss would be nice too. thanks!

Hello! I’m 19 years old, guy, 1.93m tall(6.33ft) and I’m skinny when I wake up and fat when I go to sleep at night. That means I have 64 kg(140 pounds) when I wake up and 73kg(160 pounds) when I go to sleep. So I wanna get rid of the annoying belly.
So is it ok if I run 4 km(2.48 miles) every night? I don’t have any health problems so please don’t avoid telling me if it’s too less. What shouldn’t I eat and what should I eat more? I must say, I NEVER eat anything after 6 PM.
@Tracy I eat about 3 slices of brown bread on every meal. I do have a pedometer. Got it today. Excellent gadget.

Tips on preventing loose skin during weight loss?
Ive got about 130 to 150 pounds to loose. I know it sounds weird but Ive lost a little over 100 pounds once before when I tried to get into the military, but Ive gained it all back and about 20 extra pounds in the process over the past 7 years. Because of that, Ive got a bunch of stretch marks, those Im not too worried about, I’ll use a lotion to lighten them up, then cover them with tattoos anyways, no problem there.
But before I didnt have any loose skin, even tho I lost the weight in about 4 or 5 months, I didnt crash diet either, I simply ate right and exercised. I do have the ability to loose weight easily when I actually work at it, and the weight comes off pretty fast, when I stick with it that is. Im afraid this time tho, I may end up with loose skin if Im not careful. So what can I do to make sure it doesnt happen?
I know cardio and some resistance training is necessary, no problem there, I dont want to gain any muscle tho, I actually want to loose some of my muscle mass since I do have alot of it, under the fat haha. But I know with excessive cardio, the muscle will go down. I know to drink alot of water and take good vitamins and eat right too. But what else can I do? Is there a cream that I can use daily that will tighten the skin as I get smaller? I really dont want plastic surgery, but I will get it if its a last resort. Thanks for any help.
By the way Im a 25 year old male. Non smoker, non drinker, no drugs, no prescriptions, good sleep, alot of caffeine intake daily and going vegan.
How do you keep ur metabolism up while eating less (for weight loss)?
I mean, the less you eat; the less energy you have. The more you exercise, the more you eat. So how does one lose weight? Eat less and exercise more? (I’m not saying starve but say 500-1000 calorie cut off max)
Any tips/ideas? Seems my body always adjusts my metabolism to the food I eat =( If I eat less my body just functions off of that…it doesn’t burn the fat per se.

okay so its been about a month and a half and i have lost overall 21 inches from various parts of my body.
i have been eating 1200 calories a day.
2 hours of cardio.
my cardio machine is like a glider? im not sure. you put your feet on each of the things and it swishes back and forth. whats it called?
anywho.
i also strength train 3 times a week with 5 pound weights.
every now and then i throw in some lunges, squats, tricep dips and other leg and arm exercises.
i also drink lots of water.
by september i want to be nice and toned and look good.
my measurements are:
36-bust
31-waist
38-hips
i want to get them to:
bust- 32
waist-28 or 29
hips-34
what are some tips and tricks that could help me make this happen?
also. i have flabby arms how can i fix that?
and there is no flab on the outside of my legs, its nice and toned.
but on the inside its all flabby.
how can i lose a couple inches off each thigh
i dont have a fat belly or anything. its just my arms and legs.

Any tips on how to lose weight gained from medication?
I was on some medication that caused me to gain about 40 lbs in the past year. I changed my diet and stopped eating white breads and pastas and cut out all trans fat from my diet and i work out 3 days a week. I can’t seem to drop any weight. I just got off the meds. Is there anything I can do to jump start the weight loss? I’m only 24 and everyone tells me it shouldn’t be hard. What am I doing wrong?
Weight loss success stories/advice..I hate being fat!?
I am fat. I am 5’4 190 lbs. I feel hideous.I want to lose weight so that boys will notice me and so I can have fun and be happy because not a minute goes by with me thinking about something having to do with my weight. It adds stress to my already stressful life and I know when I am thin life will be so much easier. My 2 friends are literally size zero and both weigh 110lbs I hate this so much!! I have tried so many diets and diet pills. + I am lazy I love excercise mainly in the summer but during the winter all I do is sit inside and watch tv I have no energy to do anything else and my grades usually drop some. I don’t know what is wrong with me but I need to lose weight I cannot live this way any longer. Any tips or advice??
