im not fat but i am gaining wait and i mostly want to lose or stay were im at with out trying something stupid

I’m 6″1 and weigh 155 pounds.
I’m 15 years old.
Basically, I want to gain lots of muscle as I play Rugby regularly (train twice a week, 2 hours altogether with a 70 minute match on a sunday).
I have quite a bit of fat and was wondering is it best to get a “six-pack” by losing the weight and then building muscle, or turning the fat into muscle?
What would I need to eat? How much a day? What would be a “good Guideline Daily Amount” for me? So you know e.g. 50g fat, 60g carbs, etc.
I really don’t know, What are the best workouts to do? I have a set of 17kg Dumbbells, (x4 2.5kg weights, and x4 1.5kg weights). I’m currently lifting 5kg on each arm and doing 1 set of 30 reps a night.
How long will this take to build a good muscular bicep size? 3 months or so?
Also, I need you guys to help me with exercises which will increase my upper body strength overall, as well as thigh power to improve my running speed?
Also, how can I tone my body really well, to make it look in tip top shape.
I know this won’t come over night, But I am willing to take as much time as it takes to get the right body for me!
