teen girl weight loss diet and secrets?

Hi i am a 16 year old girl that’s 5’4 and i weigh 130 pounds i am not fat anywhere except for my mid section and love handles. what would be the best diet for me to go on that gets ride of belly fat.

I am starting to work out with a trainer so i do not need workout tips just diet tips! thanks(:

    To lose weight quick I eat cottage cheese all day everyday becasue it is high in protein. Eating that and working out you will lose it quickly.

    I have been trying to lose weight for years. Last year I finally decided that it was time for me to lose the weight that has plagued me for years.
