I was lazy to start dieting but once I finally did it helped me to watch my calorie intake. I dropped 20lbs in 2 1/2 months. I wish it was more but that’s a good start for me. (I gained 80lbs with my son)

I watched my calorie intake and took my son for a walk in his stroller every day.

Stop eating at least 2 hours before you go to bed, and count those calories…Check this website out: http://www.cancer.org/docroot/PED/content/PED_6_1x_Calorie_Calculator.asp. You can also limit fats and carbs…that’s a whole other ball game.

WATCH YOUR CALORIE INTAKE!! It’s very important and it’s one of the many things you can do to lose weight. And walking is the best exercise too, it melts the pounds right off! Good Luck and have fun. Dieting and exercising can get boring, but try diffrenet things to spice it up and make it fun.

I just had a baby about 7 months ago, and while I didn’t gain alot of weight, the way that I lost mine was breast feeding….after I stopped breast feeding I gained more weight, (which freaked me out)…My doctor told me to watch my carbs, not to cut them out completely because I will need the energy, but to cut them down, and to get exercise. Here is what I do….I watch my carbs….no more bread :( ….. I put the baby in her stroller and go for a walk…I do that about 4-5 times a week…She loves getting outdoors, it allows her to explore more and I am getting the exercise that I need….I have lost about 15 lbs….in abo0ut 3 months…..good luck….I hope that helps…

Are you breastfeeding? If you are you don’t want to be dieting! Plus you’ll burn calories like mad! I actually got below my prepregnancy weight!

Turbo Jam!!! it really kicks your butt lol. thats what i was using before i found out i was pregnant, and now im not…so im going to start it up again. i think that it works well, and also if you want to lose weight you need to use up more calories than you take in.
