Weight Loss. Can it be achieved? :O?

Ok, so the FINAL weight loss goal for me is about 20 pounds or around 10 kg. For NOW, I’m looking to lose about 10 pounds. I’m doing all this since I am healthy but have kind of been on the chubby side lately and really do need to whip it into shape. I know its not a good goal to be only skinny, but I do want to reach a good weight and that doesn’t necessarily mean skinny. I do exercise about 3 x a week (just for summer…once school starts more) but am looking for any exercises to get rid of fat as well as any diet tips or anything like that. Feel free to leave any websites and stuff like that as well :D and thanks

a total of 3,500 calories is equivalent to 1 lb. of body weight…

So if I may suggest, don’t go crash dieting. You may have meal replacement or dietary supplements like what I did… Have a very nutritional breakfast. And for dinner, have it early.. around 6pm. and don’t starve yourself.. the more you don’t eat, the more your body slows down your metabolism. so when you eat after fasting, the body compensates and slows down metabolism to reserve all the energy it can to keep you going. Whereas when you eat small frequent meals with low calorie and low fat, your body still maintains it metabolism rate.

If you cut off around 1000 calories a day, I’d say that you would lose 2 lbs. a week. If you are serious in losing weight, try to use herbal products instead of those tablets and other chemicals… Attached here are links to nutrition coach. Ask her about dieting….

and try one of their tea. It actually helped me lose weight without actually exhausting myself from those exercise..=P I’m sure it’ll help you lose weight… And I mean a lot! It tastes like juice though. =)))))
Well, this is just my opinion. I tried a lot of diet programs and i would say that this helped me a lot.

    Hope I helped! GOD BLESS!

When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin. For
diet, go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on). Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women. It’s not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym – a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest).
