Weight loss goal?

I have come up with a weight loss goal, and I’m not sure if it’s realistic. I weigh 175, and I am 5’10. I have a curvy body.. so i have a big butt and thighs. My goal is to be down to 155 by Memorial Day weekend. Also, does anyone have some diet tips? That is my biggest downfall.. I love working out and I hit the gym quite a few times a week. What are good workouts for burning fat?

Okay, so i love jumping rope…and not the girly stuff either. There are a lot of sweet jumping rope ways to do it…different jumping ways and stuff. I would also try to hit the weights too. It takes longer for your body to recover from lifting weights so you burn a decent amount of kcals. Remember the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. Eating more veggies and whole grains and skim milks helps too. Good luck!

You could lose 20 pounds by Memorial Day weekend, but it’s not necessarily the most healthy thing for you to do.

From what I understand, you shouldn’t lose more than 2 pounds in a week. Any more weight lost is going to be just water weight basically. That means that it’ll be really easy to put that weight back on. Although it is possible to lose that much in the next 6 weeks (which is more than 3 pounds a week by the way), the most you should probably aim to lose is 12 pounds.

By the way, from the sounds of it, you probably aren’t too out of shape as it is. Your bmi’s very slightly above normal (yours is 25.1 and normal tops off at 24.9). However, if you do work out a lot then it’s probably elevated due to you being more muscular. Therefore, it’s not going to hurt you to lose weight, but it’s also likely that you look good without losing it. If you think that you could stand to lose a few pounds, then eat healthily and keep exercising and you should be able to tone up pretty easily.

Whenever you are trying to lose weight, you should concentrate on these three things which all work together in providing a healthier and quicker weight loss goal for yourself. I have found this combination really successful in my weight loss plans. The first thing is exercising and how much you can put forth into it. The more you exercise, the more results you will see. The next thing is dieting and the calorie intake. If you exercise more, technically you could eat more? Always watch what you eat.

Now the last step in a good weight loss plan is always a good diet pill that can help you get to the end of the road. I have found Proactol which is a natural herbal diet pill to be the best around. It’s an appetite suppressant along with being a fat blocker which stops up to 28% of fat you eat. Read up about it at TheWeightLossPlace .com where I saved money on it. Proactol really works well with exercising which gives you plenty of energy to perform. Along with that your diet will be affected by Proactol due to the appetite suppressant and fat blocker. If you slip up on meals, the fat blocker kicks in. It’s really great to stop food cravings.

Concentrate on those three things and the combination is deadly for the fat cells in your body. Good luck and I hope this helps.
