Weight loss meal plan?

i play football and i’m not overweight for fat. my team is one of the top 10 high school teams in the country, so the competition is harsh. im looking for some sort of weight loss meal plan to lose/keep weight off to have an edge on the field, without sacrificing my strength/muscle mass. if at all possible…include some meals/tips to keep gaining muscle while on the diet. bear in mind, i cannot often work out since we are in season

To keep gaining muscle while losing weight, you need protein (meats, beans) and good carbs (fruits, whole grains). Eat in your regular quantities, with an extra protein serving.

Also, bananas about an hour or so before practice and games. The extra potassium will prevent leg cramps, boost endurance, and increase mineral absorption.

Drink water. Forget sports drinks or caffeine. Let others use those and burn out and drop like flies. Stick to water and you’ll be a machine on the field.

    Hope this helps …

Three steps that have really helped me are dieting, exercising, and the correct weight loss supplement for losing weight. Focus on those three things and you will lose weight considerably. I exercise 30 mins a day along with taking Proactol, a natural weight loss supplement that I saved money on at theweightlossplace.com

Good luck and stay focused = )
