What are some good ways to shed pounds fast?

I’m 5’5 and I am wanting to shed body fat and tone up. I have a two year old daughter and am still trying to loose the weight I gained from pregnancy. I’ve tried basic exercise and weight loss pills and I am still having trouble shedding the pounds.
I was wondering if anyone had some tips, ideas, etc..

Exercise is just as vital as food consumption when it comes to losing weight, but the one method which clearly showed results for me was green tea, it can be seen in the resource box below, they have a limited number of free trials left, it has been featured in Reader’s Digest and USA Today. I worked off 20 pounds, it clearly does produce results!
Okay so ignore the answers trying to advertise “fast weight loss products” that are really just scams. Here’s the real way to lose weight.
1) You need to count the number of calories you eat everyday. As a female, you need at least 1200 calories a day, because your internal organs need nourishment (otherwise they’ll eat themselves…literally). There are plenty of calorie counting sites where you can log in your food to make it easier. In addition, you can eat more if you exercise, because you’ll burn calories. So if you burned 500 calories at the gym, you could eat 1700 calories that day. Countless studies have shown that this is how you lose weight.
2) Eat the foods that are good for your body. Weight loss is a great result of eating healthy, but you’ll also be doing your body and heart a favor when you eat good. Get plenty of veggies, fruits, grilled meats, whole grains, and water and you’ll see that you’ll lose weight easier, and feel better (because you’ll rid your body of all those empty calories you get from junk food). Just remember though that you can spoil yourself occassionally, even everyday as long as it fits into your daily calorie limits.
3) Exercise. Everyone I know claims that exercise is key to losing weight AND maintaining the weight loss. The best part to exercising is that there are no limits in terms of what kind of exercising you want to do. If you like to ride a bike, if you like to dance, swim, jog, walk, jump rope, hula hoop, lift weights, or even walk up and down the stairs, they all cause your body to burn calories. Exercising tones your body, keeps your heart healthy, and releases endorphins in your body, making you feel happier overall (trust me on this one)
So yeah there are plenty of “fast weight loss plans” that don’t work, and even if they do people just gain the weight back anyway. This is the REAL way to lose weight and you’ll thank yourself for doing it the right way.
Hi I think if you want to lose weight fast, you should go on a Detox diet, which will get rid of a lot of excess fluid about 2-3kg on average. Then continue regular exercise and stay on a balanced diet.
