what is the best and healthiest way to loose weight fast?

I refitted my weddingdress this weekend and had gained some. My wedding is on Nov. 10th and I want to loose at leat 2-3 inch.

    you want serious answers, then you have to ask serious questions…. there is no healthy way to loose weight fast…eat right and excersise… its as simple as that

    reduce calories and spread them out throuough the day. Excersice, expend more calories than you consume.

    hmm… I just joined Weight Watchers and in 3 weeks of just watching what I eat I’ve lost 8lbs. It’s all about healthy choices and portion control….GOOD LUCK and hope you have a great wedding ;)

    specially endurance training. combine that with a healthy diet and they’ll have to take that dress in before your wedding

    You need to eat only brocolli and take a multi vitamin. You will go to bed hungry….but you will drop about 10 pounds a week easily.

    my father did this “lemonade diet” and it was amazing. water, squeezed lemons, tablesoon of maple syrup and a dash of cayan pepper. Mixed together it makes a drink/tonic that you have for 10 days only. It is a total body clenser that usually results in losing 5-10 pounds. research it, i am serious. after a day and a half you dont mind not eating. good luck… and may God bless your marriage!!

    well, cut all junk food out of your diet. drink only water. drink green tea (you can add honey and sugar so it doesnt taste so yucky), this helps you use the bathroom more (sh*t). eat high fiber, like add some bell pepper to a salad, and only add vinager and olive oil to the salad, along with maybe onion, carrot, cranberries, NO CHEESE! work out a lot and thats about it

    I wouldn’t stay on it for a long time, but the Low Carb or Atkins diets really do get rid of belly fat quickly. In a month you could really shrink your tummy and your waist. Some people claim this is water weight, but who cares? If your tummy slims down and you still get to eat, life is good, right? It is considered safe, but some say that it is not a good longterm lifestyle change.

    This web site will show you how to get started, but basically you must cut out carbohydrates, including starches/grains, sugar. That means you can eat all the meat, butter, cheese, etc…. that you care too. Of course, the fewer calories and less fat you eat, the quicker you will lose weight. In essence, your body can’t burn sugar (which is what carbs become in your body) so it relies on the fat you already have stored in your body. Gotta do it all the way, though, no cheating.

    Workout, basically cardio (running, spinning, cycling, treadmill), drink lots of water, eat healthy (but forget about sodas, desserts and some greasy stuff). don’t go hungry, it will just make it harder to stay on a diet, it won’t help you loose weight.

    Have patience.
    You didnt put the weight on overnight so unfortunatly you wont loose it overnight either.
    Eat sensibly and exercise.
    Eat a well balanced diet.
    Sweat when you exercise 2 or 3 times a week. If you sweat you are exercising correctly and you will lose weight.
    No cheating now.

    Depends on your body type. Some lose weight fast, some don’t.
    Swimming could help a lot. And no more bread. Maybe just a slice at breakfast.
    Some eay exercises before bed.
    Worked for me.

    Excercising,eating healthy,getting enough sleep,and not seeing to much t.v or playing in the computer.Excersize 1 hour each day.I did all this and in two weeks I lost 1 pound.And you can’t ose weigh fast you have to give it a time.But If you want to lose weigh fast eat special K 2 time a day for 2 weeks and lose 5 punds.

    RE: food pyramid.. it’s a great example to follow.

    and you won’t starve.

    also ride a bike and walk walk walk.

    eat smaller portions…snack through out the day (healthy snacks)…don’t drink alcohol to excess..(keep it to a glass of wine) ….stay away from beer, white rice, white bread…french fries…soft drinks, fast-food…

    Instead of eating 3 times a day…. Eat 5 or 6 times a day…
    Don’t eat your last meal past 7pm, stick to fish, meat, chicken, with veggie sides…

    Drink Green Tea (w/ Ginseng).

    Most importantly…. and you’ll say I’m crazy.. “THINK THAT YOU’RE THINNING” visualize the weight you want to be..every second …

    And go for some brisk walks…or do whatever exercise you like to do for 20mins to 1hr.. depending on your current health…

    That should help you lose weight

    The best way to lose weight permanently is to not do it fast. It involves making a commitment to healthy lifestyle changes.

    However, if you’re looking to drop a few pounds quickly, I’ve known several people who were successful on their own versions of the Atkins diet. Eat only meat, fruits and vegetables. Avoid bread, pasta, rice, potatoes and all of the other carbs. Eat sensible portions.

    Be warned, the weight comes back when you resume eating “normal” as there haven’t been any lifestyle changes.

    Eat a good breakfast, like oatmeal with a little splenda. Eat a pretty good lunch, with mostly lean protein & veggies, and low glycemic carbs, like baked sweet potato – no sugar.

    Do NOT eat dinner. Have an apple if you feel like you’re starving or a slimfast shake. That’s it.

    Walk 25 to 30 minutes every day or every other day.

    diet and excercise. There’s no easy way. But i Know if you get a personal trainer you’ll fit in your dress by Nov. 1!!! It’ll be alot of money but well worth it.
