Will doing ab exercises help me lose fat around my midsection and how long should it take if I do ab exercises everyday? I’m a teen boy btw.

also avoid fatty acids and saturated fats as you tend to gain weight in your mid section when eating these foods.

If you want to burn fat around your midsection, you have to do exercises that burn alot of calories. Exercises that just focus on your abs may not be the best fat burning exercises. Expand your horizons and you may not have to wait as long to see results. – Kristie.
