Will weight loss make my breasts smaller?

I am too young for a breast reduction, but I need smaller breasts. I have been told weight loss would reduce my cup size? Is this true?
If so, how much weight would I need to lose to lose a cup size or 2? I am not what most would consider fat?
My bra size is currently 30/32 DD/E. I have been thinking about weight loss for some time so perhaps this is a good incentive. Tips on how I could lose weight fast?
An issue is I have alot of muscle (I am an Elite squad cheerleader and I also do Ballet-3rd year en pointe) I would like to lose some of this muscle particularly around my calves, is this possible?
I am exactly 5ft and my weight fluxuates between 46kg and 50kg. It seems most of my weight is in my boobs and thighs/calves, but like I said my legs are very muscular.

Need to know your height and weight to get an idea.

If you are not overweight, good luck with this strategy.

Weight loss will not guarantee a reduction in size. I know. I just had a reduction surgery. They took a total of 6.51 pounds off me, 6.23 pounds of it was mammary tissue which can NOT be lost by any weight lose or exercise plan out there. Chances are, by what you stated above, you suffer the same affliction.
