yet another weight loss question?

im just looking for food ideas. what are somethings that i can keep stocked in the fridge that are grab and go kinda things that are low cal and low fat sorta thing. i get bored with the same things and maybe there are things i can eat im not aware of. i love fruits and veggies but it does get old sometimes. are there any new foods i can try? any low cal recipies i can cook on the weekends? dessert recipies for those sweet tooth moments? im open for any weightloss ideas and tips so help me out.
